Dr. Lace is very meticulous and checks everything about my condition and orders all the right…read moretests. He has even ordered tests that my other doctors overlooked . He is very through at what he does . and he is a great guy . The girls in the front office have always been very helpful to me , and although this pandemic has been difficult for the girls at times , they have always been most friendly .

This is a first; I've never written a review on a doctor or an office. This office warrants one,…read moreparticularly the office manager. A breathing test was ordered (terrific tech at SNMH) and the test administered. Days later the office manager sent a text that they had not received the results of the test. I called the office and spoke with the manager. She asked me to call the Pulmonary Function Lab and have them transmit the result of my test to the doctor's office. I asked the manager isn't that more a function of your office rather than my effort. She snapped back, "Calm down"! I replied, "I am calm", to which she responded "You're attacking me". I replied, "I am not attacking you. I said I am the patient and the customer with a question but she again said that I should make the call to Pulmonology. I reminded the manager that I was the patient who asked her, on our initial phone contact, if she was in a hurry when she answered the phone, the impression being that she didn't have time for my call, brusque in manner, bordering on rude. I reiterated my first question regarding function. She then began to search for the report from Pulmonology, found it after making her point that she had not received it and tacitly had to back down from her comment that I was attacking her. Dr. Lace has a pleasant manner as does his nurse assistant, however the office manager defeats what would be an otherwise smoothly running office. There are other pulmonologists in Auburn and Roseville.

Dr. Garcia is one of the best doctors I've ever had! I've been going to her for asthma and allergy…read moretreatment and feel secure that I'm in good hands. She's kind and truly cares about her patients and their health. She's extremely knowledgeable and answers all my questions thoroughly. I really appreciate that she takes me seriously. She's super sweet and understanding. Can't thank her enough! The office is always good about answering my phone calls and getting me scheduled efficiently.

Saw Dr Chipps today for a chronic condition I have going to the hospital for with no answers. I've…read moregone 5 times in 6 months. The office staff was very pleasant as usual, the weight time was excellent, the nurse was extremely pleasant and proffesional. Dr Chipps came in very soon. He listened to all my concerns as well as fears of going back to the hospital. He gave me his thoughts of what he thought it could be, ran an extremely large amount of testing . He was also very will to see me again if I had a flare up that day so he could see it. He took the time to write a note to the lab to notify them to draw my blood during an episode. I'm seeing him again on Monday to put a plan in place. His office as well as other providers are available this week should I need to be seen. I went from being in a deep state of concern to a place of hope and hopefully soon a resolution and diagnosis for my many symptoms I'm having . I'm so thankful he was able to see me a couple days after I left the hospital . Thank you for the wonderful care Dr. Chipps and staff.
