Again, completely unacceptable. The same guy wearing the Kemp pin admitted he doesn't vape so any questions I had, he couldn't answer. They need to hire people that have experience in what they are selling.

They carry the particular brand and flavor of vape that I have been using for years, the many other stores do not carry or have. Prices are good too. Their punch card is great since I buy constantly and once you fulfill your punch card, it ends up being a great discount on your purchase(s). Also, what I like is that they actually pay attention to what you what or might like, and don't push you into buying anything. Other vape shops I've visited, are usually on their phone and seem like I'm bothering them which is never a good feeling as a paying customer. I highly recommend you check this vape store out. When i went back into the store the only option was, "we can sell you another one". Really? Didnt even try to help or empathize with me. Anyway, I went to Vapormax right off of hwy 78. Tara is fantastic! She managed to fix the vape and showed more concern and genuine interest in trying to help me than the store I originally bought it from! Everytime ive gone into the store she has provided all kinds of useful tips and just been genuinely helpful. If i didn't live so far away, this would be the only shop I went to, and honestly, im thinking of just making the drive all the time. Worth it.
