Just Smoke has just about everything you'd need when it comes to smoking at reasonable prices. As of recently, they just started the sell of Delta-8 products, which seem to be a booming business. The one thing I don't like about this place is the service. One time I was close by and they were closing in less than 15 minutes. I called to alert them that I was around the corner and that my purchase would only take seconds, but when the guy answered the phone, his response once, "Thanks for calling Just Smoke. We are closed. *click*", which I found to be pretty rude. The only reason they're getting 3 stars is because the prices are really good, in comparison to other smoke shops I visit. Customer service definitely needs improving!

This review is past due, as I've been coming to this store for the past few years. Both of my last…read more2 visits were exceptional. Yes, the selection of products are vast, but it was the customer service from the employee, Mike, who I've only had the pleasure of dealing with the last 2 visits that was far beyond reproach. He had extensive knowledge of all products, great suggestions, and took the time to answer every single question with care and detail. Even my follow-up calls. It was a care-free, no pressure experience each time, and it was great to have that when I knew I came to spend a decent sum of money. I spent about $400 between the 2 visits and don't regret a single penny being spent, as they were high quality products that I still use to this very day and rave about to other people. He did his due diligence to show me all price-level options, but I came in only wanting the best and he delivered. This review isn't really doing Mike justice, because I'm not mentioning all the ways he went out of his way to make sure that my experience and purchase was exactly what I wanted. I don't know how much he gets paid or what his position is, but he deserves a raise and/or promotion. He should be training the entire company on exactly how to provide top-level customer service! Due to Mike, this has and always will be my go-to location, even though there are several Starships closer to where I've moved to.

This location is right next door to a gas station and a few other shops (tattoo and other services)... the store was smallish but plenty of room to carry all kinds of lingerie, videos, massage oils, mens and women's sexy funderwear, toys, other devices that need batteries, games, magazines... it also carried smoke shop propaganda for the smokers in the back of the store... I didn't even get to look at everything! I must have missed so much. We stuck with the fun and picked out several different funderwear, oils, sexy game dice, pasties and Prosecco penis gummies (these were great tasting too!!!) to throw in the Prosecco flutes at the end of our "Nearly-Wed Game" we threw for my cousin and her fiancé - what a fun time and so glad this place was open for all the fun prizes we needed! I "checked in" after we left and a surprise offer popped up.....15% off - so we missed out, but although not the friendliest staff, I would shop here again and use that 15% off!

They carry the particular brand and flavor of vape that I have been using for years, the many other stores do not carry or have. Prices are good too. Also, what I like is that they actually pay attention to what you what or might like, and don't push you into buying anything. Other vape shops I've visited, are usually on their phone and seem like I'm bothering them which is never a good feeling as a paying customer. I highly recommend you check this vape store out.
