The first time I went there I only needed juice and coils since a co-worker of mine had given me his old vape. A couple months pass and BAM!! Vape I had gotten had started acting up. Went in and again Sanjay was there and gave me a sweet deal on a new vape. Bought some more juice and I was on my way. Fast forward several months and I'm back in there cause I left my vape under the seat of a rental car and never was able to retrieve it. So for months I had been smoking cigarettes again. Went back to the store and once again Sanjay is there ready and willing to help as usual! Once again he hooked me up with everything I needed to put the cigarettes back down and start back vaping again. Sanjay is awesome at what he does. He's very knowledgeable, doesn't try to sell me shit I don't need or want, and always gives his honest opinion weather it means a sell or not. There are several vape shops in Snellville. This is the only vape shop I shop at because of his customer service and honesty. I only cheat on them when I'm in a pinch and need juice or a coil immediately and I'm not really close enough to go by.

Again, completely unacceptable. The same guy wearing the Kemp pin admitted he doesn't vape so any questions I had, he couldn't answer. They need to hire people that have experience in what they are selling.

They carry the particular brand and flavor of vape that I have been using for years, the many other stores do not carry or have. Prices are good too. Their punch card is great since I buy constantly and once you fulfill your punch card, it ends up being a great discount on your purchase(s). Also, what I like is that they actually pay attention to what you what or might like, and don't push you into buying anything. Other vape shops I've visited, are usually on their phone and seem like I'm bothering them which is never a good feeling as a paying customer. I highly recommend you check this vape store out. When i went back into the store the only option was, "we can sell you another one". Really? Didnt even try to help or empathize with me. Anyway, I went to Vapormax right off of hwy 78. Tara is fantastic! She managed to fix the vape and showed more concern and genuine interest in trying to help me than the store I originally bought it from! Everytime ive gone into the store she has provided all kinds of useful tips and just been genuinely helpful. If i didn't live so far away, this would be the only shop I went to, and honestly, im thinking of just making the drive all the time. Worth it.

Just Smoke has just about everything you'd need when it comes to smoking at reasonable prices. As of recently, they just started the sell of Delta-8 products, which seem to be a booming business. The one thing I don't like about this place is the service. One time I was close by and they were closing in less than 15 minutes. I called to alert them that I was around the corner and that my purchase would only take seconds, but when the guy answered the phone, his response once, "Thanks for calling Just Smoke. We are closed. *click*", which I found to be pretty rude. The only reason they're getting 3 stars is because the prices are really good, in comparison to other smoke shops I visit.
