When I passed by I thought great another pinkberry knockoff. However the staff is friendly and are constantly cleaning I love to see this! The flavors are pretty amazing and they have an abundance of toppings plus whip cream/ fudge and caramel which you never see at froyo places. I have been to this place a couple times now and never had a problem until today. I had some cookies and cream gelato and topped it off with some captain crunch, fruity pebbles, sour worms, some frog gummies, etc. Most of my toppings were candy and cereal as they always are when I go here. As I am eating my yogurt I began to feel an itching sensation in my throat and realized somehow there was peanuts in my yogurt. I don't know how because I'm always very cautious when it comes to this due to the fact my peanut allergies are very serious. I am guessing somehow it got mixed in with one of the toppings that I took and I caught a very serious allergic reaction that led me to go to the hospital for medication. Their staff needs to pay more attention to what gets mixed in the toppings and making sure they clean everything correctly because I could have died today over such a careless mistake!!!!!! read more

Neighborhood go-to spot for a frozen treat.. Better than 16 flavors not too far from here.. Their toppings are fresh and well stocked.. My fave are the lil cheesecake bites you can put on top of my favorite froyo flavor-Pistachio cookies. Store is neat and has a good vibe. They also have smoothies and waffles. I've been here several times and have always been fairly happy with what I've done. They usually have a very clean environment. They have a nice variety of toppings. And a nice variety of frozen yogurt flavors. The only two things I can say that I am not a fan of our that sometimes the tart yogurt is not available because it is brewing and that it can get very expensive very quickly. read more

I recently visited this peach wave and I was less than impressed with the customer service that I encountered. The woman that was working there I believe her name is Arlene as I read on her name tag was so rude. She thought I stuck my finger in the ice cream machine when I clearly did not and verbally attacked me to get a cup to try it. She then proceeded to talk to her friend saying that my hands are dirty. I'm so excited they opened this place in the neighborhood. I only live a few blocks away and have already made it a regular place to stop it. It is self-serve, is clean and has very friendly employees. All the flavors are good in my opinion and sometimes they add something new. I saw someone say that is melts fat. The front staff is great. However the supervisor, the short lady with long hair had an attitude. The flavors were good nothing amazing. The place needed some cleaning and there is evidence of an infestation of fruit flies. Check the lamps over the toppings.. the eggs are everywhere. If only the rest of the team was as good as the front staff. Such a shame. I will come back, give it another shot. Just hope they and that supervisor get their act together. read more

I walked in the shop to smiling and helpful staff and with a variety of yogurt flavors and toppings, the choices were endless. Not only was the yogurt yummy, but the atmosphere and even the music made it a pleasure to be there. This is a cool spot to come with your friends and family to sit, relax and enjoy. What a joke. This place advertises for $3 fill your (white) cup Thursday's for the month of February. My mom decided to treat me. She went in & filled the cup like the advertisement said "fill your cup, don't worry about the weight, go crazy!". She didn't go crazy but the swirl went a little above the rim. She was buying 3 cups and they told her they had to charge her by weight for each of them because there was too much in the cup. I'm sorry, but nowhere in the advertisement does it say you can't fill your cup or go over a certain weight. I felt bad that she had to stand there embarrassed while the cashier went to get the manger. The manager ended up giving it to her for $3 a cup. If they didn't I'd tell her to leave the cups there and walk out. read more

Friendly and professional staff, great variety of flavors that change every so often, delicious toppings, clean facilities (including bathroom), reasonable prices, great ambience. You can do take out or take a respite from the summer heat. Have a seat and enjoy this oasis in the Bronx. Very soon, they'll have a patio in the back so you can enjoy your yogurt al fresco. Great place to relax after work or any time of the day or night. Family friendly and a very relaxed environment. They stay open late most days. Great addition to the neighborhood. It would be nice if the calorie counts of the individual yogurts were posted by the yogurts themselves. Although, the cashier was able to give me a binder containing the calorie counts to review. The place also had a weird smell...as if the place needed some airing out (but it was a humid day). I love Peachwave! Its really cool inside, the decor is nice. They have a bunch of flavors and they will occasionally change some of them up. My favorite is the cheesecake flavor! Some of their flavors are: cheesecake, chocolate, vanilla, peanut butter, coconut, pina colada, cupcake... It's 50 cents per ounce, thats the only part i dont like. So if you like to fill your cup, you're looking at 5,6,7 dollars, but if you only out for froyo once in a while, its not that bad. They have TONS of toppings and sauces to choose from! Some examples are: cheesecake bites, cookie dough, graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, gummy bears, gummy worms, chocolate covered pretzels, m&ms, snocaps... And they have, as i said, many sauces: nutella, whipped cream, caramel, marshmallow sauce, fudge, strawberry sauce... They also have water bottles and fresh smoothies! You can choose from a regular cup or cup with a waffle cone cup in it. They have dividers for cups if you dont want your flavors mixing. Overall a really great place to hang out in the summer! As for the winter, they mentioned getting hot chocolate and stuff but it never happened (as far as i know) so yea. But still go check it out! read more
