The doctors there are genuinely some of the kindest I've ever met, and I've moved around a lot. Dr. Madisen Mckell and Dr. Lucas Lloyd recently treated me and were particularly outstanding. They really took the time to listen and show they cared about me and my concerns. They both come off as incredibly empathetic with very reassuring demeanors. I would highly recommend them. The other staff are also friendly and professional! I've never had issues with scheduling or billing, and they are very accommodating when I need to get in quickly. The office itself is also very clean and comfortable, but really it's the people working there that make Revere Health stand out. Every visit I leave feeling well treated by a team that shows they truly value their patients.

A Streep test and a urine test was done on our second visit when we shared that her urine was an orange color. Blood was found in her urine and the provider prescribed Motrin. A antibiotic prescription was given "if she did not get better in a few days". I ended up taking her to the Intermountain ER a few days later where she was diagnosed with Mono. She was severely dehydrated after vomiting for 3 days, she was given an IV, medication for the nausea, and a complete treatment plan. Due to this being a virus, antibiotics are not part of her treatment. She was also instructed to rest for several day to reduce the risk of a ruptured spleen and told to contact her Primary Care doctor to follow up on care. I do not feel that the provided at Revere Health listened or worked to find out what was truly wrong with my daughter, and put her in more risk. I do not plan on visiting this clinic again.

I've left a message to see if they're going to be able to fill my prescription or if I'm going to have to go off of it cold turkey which I'm not supposed to do. I came in due to a workman's comp injury I sustained while working at Steward Jordan Valley West. I asked the registration clerk if they have access to those records they used to be Steward. She abruptly interrupted me and said that they were bought out and that Centura/Trinity does not have access. I replied that I have the information and will provide it. Just to understand and confirm what I heard her say, I asked differently about the records by saying, "....just to confirm, you're saying you don't have access?" The receptionist cut me off stating, ".....I TOLD YOU we don't have access!" Needless to say, I was taken aback. I asked her if she was having a bad day. She replied "Why!?" I said you're being quite abrupt. She replied, "Are you calling me a brat?" I said, "no, I'm saying you're being abrupt." She attempted to explain and I replied, "....it's not necessary." These two "first impressions" reflect the dismal experience I received and seem to indicate the level of professionalism and treatment the new ownership has and delivers. I have not had any problems with appointments or the front staff. Mickey the nurse is great! I did see one of the other Dr's in the office once and I did not feel comfortable with him. I finally convinced my husband to leave another Dr in Orem and start seeing Aaron instead. He's really glad he did. He has quite a few health issues and Aaron has stayed on top of those in a very professional and caring manner. Lots of my friends see Aaron and we all love him.

There is no way a patient will know to do that.. I was rushed to the back room and labs were drawn there on another Lab that was not Labcorp. Of course that lab charged me about $260. since I was not covered under their lab. SO I THINK IT IS RIDICULOUS THAT THEY MAKE US 'REMEMBER TO HAVE THE MA DRAW SO IT GOES TO LABCORP, and that it is OUR FAULT IF WE DID NOT ASK FOR THAT AND WE WERE TAKEN TO THEIR BACK ROOM FOR THE DRAW WHICH IS NOT LABORP. 3)i feel the older Dr Jones gets the more she does not care about customer service because she is so rich! At Smart Skin Dermatology the receptionists and medical staff are all very warm and friendly while also providing excellent medical care/customer service. I saw the PA Shawn, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to break down and explain my questions in depth. At the U's clinics when I tried this the provider looked visually annoyed and would give the equivalent of one word responses. Overall this is a clean practice with exceptional staff and if they are in your network I highly recommend going through them for your next dermatology appointment!
