When in person, they're great. They answer your questions and really care about your overall health and mental wellbeing. However, they are pretty bad with their reception of calls and their response to medical questions. I had an issue that was ongoing and very scary for me. It was due to a birth control and I wanted answers about what I needed to do and if a different birth control would be better. The phone reception is awful and takes forever to get a hold of anyone. Then I was told several times my doctor or a nurse was going to call me back and I never got a call. This kind of back and forth went on for a week (after I was already experience this issue for 2 weeks). I don't like being treated like I don't matter and like my medical questions are just going to get pushed to the side. I really thought this would be my gyno for years to come but I may rethink that now. read more

It saddens me to have to leave this review - I was placed on the nexplannon. Everything went great until the first time it needed to be replaced. The incision was made too large for the replacement which caused an infection and the nexplannon to slip out. After this incident I still continued with my care through them. I had it placed in my other arm. It comes time to get it replaced again beginning March of this year. When replacing it they had informed me the one being replaced had migrated a bit. After the replacement I noticed you can see the nexplannon bulging through the skin (too close to the surface) with an ache ive never experienced. I called with my concern and after 3 calls back my answer was that this is normal and to take ibuprofen and Tylenol. I knew this wasnt right as this is now my 4th time having it placed. I work in healthcare myself and had one of our Nurse Practitioners take a look. She stated to make an appointment ASAP and get it out. I will not return to legacy as I have felt unheard and pushed to the side. I have made an appointment with Dr. Jensen in Salt Lake City to take over my care. Legacy please do better. read more

Dr. Jones was great as an Ob. He no longer does gyn stuff, which I understand. I've had a pretty big problem for a really long time, and needed to be seen, mainly to get a referral. The receptionist was great and I got an appointment the next day. Later they called me back and asked what was going on, I explained my situation, she ( I can't remember her name, she may have been the PA) told me they couldn't help me. And she said she didn't want me to waste my time or money. The problem is most likely gynecological, but now I'm left still wondering where to go and what to do. I cried once I hung up, I don't consider them my Dr. anymore, not that they need my business. And I really liked Dr. Jones. read more

Dr. Thomas and the other health care providers are fantastic. They have great bedside manner and have always been wonderful for my two pregnancies and deliveries. They can do most procedures at the office or the hospital right next door. They do pretty well with sticking to appointment timing. If the doctor has to step away for a delivery that can understandably cause delays, but they communicate that to you and give you options to wait, see an NP or nurse, reschedule etc. I recommend this office to anyone who looks for a rec! read more

Dr. Jones is incredible! I had just moved back to Utah and was struggling finding a doctor that would see me consistently throughout my pregnancy. I started my pregnancy at a different clinic and never saw the same doctor. I transferred to Legacy OBGYN when I was 17 weeks pregnant and had the best experience. Dr. Jones is fantastic. He was very personable and present throughout my whole pregnancy. He took the time to answer all of my Husband and my questions and never made us feel like a number. With delivery, I knew we were going to be doing our second C-Section. My first C-Section done by a different physician at a different practice. Unbelievable. Lisa told me that doctor Jones won't even see gyno patients anymore because he didn't want to waste his time or increase his malpractice risk. He has a "NURSE" or "PA" do the full pelvic exam, and gather lab samples! Therefore, what expertise am I getting? The office won't refill a prescription if you haven't paid them the annual visit within the last few months. Then, I was told that my charge has gone from $140 to $251 because they would have to ask my history "all over again" if I hadn't been in the office in 3 years. She said they'd have to ask more questions if I haven't been in every year!! In addition, I don't think Lisa, who has been there for 5 years, really understands how a CASH patient guarantees their office greater profit than someone with insurance. Yet, I sure got an earful on how insurance companies can raise their rates to anything they choose, but that patients should just be happy about the peace of mind because "what if the world comes crashing down"?! Well.... all I'm looking for is competence in an exam at a reasonable price. Does Dr. Jones really know his patients are being turned away? Apparently, he's too booked up to do a check-up on someone he's done an operation on and then take their CASH! read more

I loved this office! Everyone in reception was incredibly helpful, the nurses were kind and efficient, and dr Thomas was the BEST!! I had to have a c-section. Thanks to him everything went smoothly and recovery was better than I expected! He even helped me to discover that I have lupus and I have been able to get help to ease my daily pain. He is a wonderful doctor throughout pregnancy and postpartum. I will continue to see him for any babies I have in the future! read more

They are nice. It would be good if they had more toys for the kids in their play room. The office is clean and there were a ton of people there so it gave me the impression that there were a lot of people who liked the office. I enjoyed the lady at the desks smile it was warm and inviting. read more
