This is a wonderful bottled water supplier. The owners are a young couple; and staff are very friendly, polite, and carry the bottles out. They offer 2 varieties of water and a pricing schedule that offers repeat customers a discount. For over a year now, we switched from Reverse Osmosis filtered water to the Alkaline Water. While the Jury is out from the science community if its good for bad for you; I discovered we all drink more water because we like the taste, Increased water consumption for my family is a good thing, and we have been using the alkaline water ever since we tried it the first time. The current owners bought out full rights to the Store front and business approx 3 years ago. They are truly all about 5 star customer service. I have well water that has no bacteria in it, but the nitrates and arsenic are at the higher end of acceptable levels. I use my soft well water for everything, but prefer to choose the big bottled water when making coffee , or tea, or drinking a glass of water to stay on the safe side. The management of this company, specifically the controller, instructed his delivery driver to come to my house to ask us about an overdue payment. This person aggressively knocked on my door three times, to which my wife, recovering and bed ridden from a neck surgery, came to inspect the commotion and answer the door while our toddler was napping and the neighbourhood was quiet. He was loud and spoke with aggression with his concerns of ownership, their year end, and being small town company; attacking my wife for 5 minutes of concerns of 100$ of overdue payment she was not aware to. In the past they have delivered to much water and often try push more than what is needed to draw more out of your monthly payments. This is a dishonest, rude, aggressive company I am shamed to think is "local". read more

We cannot say enough about this water store and their employees. They are friendly, helpful and considerate. They bring the full bottles out to the car and always acknowledge us. We had a bottle that was leaking and no questions asked, they replaced it with their apologies. The water is exceptional. We highly recommend this store. read more

These are NOT nice people! My wife and I opened an account here at least 6 years ago. Recently we decided to do away with our water cooler and returned our 6 water bottles for deposit. They refused to return our deposit without the original receipt? I let them know that they maintain our stamp card on file with our information and that the bottles I am returning all have the stores name on them? They said it is not their problem that we didn't read the sign. I tried calling back to talk to the manager and found out they no longer have a phone connection in either the Langley or the Abbotsford location? The person that answered the Abbotsford location number was a private resident. He said he gets all kinds of calls for this company as well as Revenue Canada, who seems to be looking for them. Unable to get any reasonable satisfaction I returned to the store at 3PM to talk with the manager. He did not show up but I ended up talking to him on the store clerk's cell phone. He was very rude and resorted to calling me a little cry-baby as well as swearing at me. He also wanted to let me know that I am being filmed and he will be happy to post me on You Tube with my ridiculous behaviour. Nice guy. I guess I own $60 in water containers now. read more
