There is a serious disconnect between the website and the local distributor and nobody cares. You order 4 bottles of spring water and they deliver 8 bottles of purified water. When you call in you talk to someone in another country who is powerless to help you despite assurances. I've been sent hundreds of dollars of the incorrect water that I did not order so now I am being charged late fees and also have dozens of empty bottles at my house because they continually drop more water than I ordered. It's an endless loop. So now I'm receiving late fees every month and threats of collections because they can't actually provide the service they supposedly provide. Look elsewhere for water. If I could rate Crystal Springs with a 'zero' I would. I used to use Mountain Mist, but they, and Crystal Springs were taken over by a Florida Company - Primo Water. Mountain Mist delivered to my home, despite it being a dead-end gravel driveway. They could have delivered to my mailbox area, on a regular asphalt road, but (generously) they used a smaller vehicle. Now, Crystal Springs is delivering. Or not! The driver is "afraid" to drive up the regular asphalt road, as well as because "our trucks don't reverse." Since I assume Crystal Springs vehicles do have a reverse gear, this means the drivers are not skilled enough to reverse. Crystal Springs option? They'll leave the bottles in a ditch at the bottom of the hill. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't heard it with my own ears! Bottom line: not about customer service, only about making money, taking the 'low hanging fruit' and dropping inconvenient customers. read more

Beware if you select Crystal Springs (CS) in Burlington, WA for your office water vendor, because you will be likely to experience billing problems in the course of your transactions. Our office has -- for example -- had the wrong person invoiced, then service delayed (weeks! not days), then been forced to wait for their weekly billing cycle ( X 2 weeks) to get around to scheduling a resumption of service. Then, we are told "this Thursday..." but no driver arrives, we call again and get "next Thursday..." which means we have frequently had no drinking water for our clients or staff, so...we go to Costco and buy cases of bottled water to tide us over until CS finally gets it done. Terrible company to deal with. Decided to get water service through Costco. They offer Primo brand...they are also Crystal Springs and every other brand on the West Coast. Setup water service for a Wednesday. They comfirmed the date and time. Wednesday came and went with no water delivery. Went on the website and they had me scheduled for Wednesday with nothing in my order. Also had my recurring delivery set for every Monday. No call. No email discussing a change. Went and got my own water at Home Depot, by the same company for the same price minus the delivery charge. I then spent over an hour with this company trying to cancel my service. Kept getting passed off and then nobody would answer. Called a total of five times. Completely unacceptable. I read the reviews on Yelp and tried to avoid Crystal Springs because of them...only to find out Primo is the same company! Best bet is to go get it yourself and avoid dealing with this company at all costs. I think they have a monopoly on the whole West Coast, though. I mistakenly received a delivery of 4 very large bottles of water and a dispenser stand. I attempted to contact the company to rectify this. After 30 minutes on hold, I emailed them and started asking the neighbors if it was theirs. A week later, they repronded to my email. The person who placed the order cancelled it and requested that they pick it up. They were "unable" to do so for nearly 2 weeks. It was picked up today, but their driver left garbage lying in my driveway from the packaging. This is a very unprofessional company with poor (if any) customer service. We used Crystal Springs at our apartment while we were building our house. Service was great. We could leave a note on an empty bottle that said "-1, +0" and the empty would go away and we wouldn't get a new, full, bottle. Perfect. We could leave a note that said "-1, +2" and we would get 2 full bottles. Etc. Delivery was always on the day it was supposed to be, etc. Then we moved. They skipped the first 5 or 6 deliveries. I got the emails "your delivery is today", but nobody would show. This went on and on until I was finally able to get someone in customer "service" to do something about it. What they did was deliver 6 full bottles that they put out by the corner of our garage, not near the front door. After that we would leave an empty with a note "-1, +0" because we had so many fully bottles for some stupid reason. But EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. a full bottle was left. Regardless of what I did. So I skipped several delivery days until I had 5 or 6 empties, then I left them out knowing that no matter what I do, I would get a single fully bottle. I got 4. It's been more than 48 hours since I contacted them again and I have heard nothing. I'm switching to any competitor I can find. Absolutely terrible customer service. UPDATE: After two hours on hold with customer service I finally got to speak to someone... who said they cannot cancel my service and put me on hold to transfer me to the cancelation department. I ordered water to be delivered. Easy, right? Nope. I asked for delivery on Tuesday because of my work schedule, only to have the driver show up on Thursday and tell me I was getting deliveries that day no matter what i wanted. I asked for a top loading water dispenser and got a bottom loading one. This isn't a big deal, although being forced to rent it even when I don't need it is. Last, I asked for three bottles of water and received two. Yes, I realize 2020 has been a difficult year for everyone, myself included. Nope! Called set an appointment up for 2 weeks in advance they took money out of my bank account withing minutes. My appointment date came for a water dispenser and I took the whole day off of work. Was told my service guy would call and give me a smaller time frame than 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and I waited for 7 hours! Called 3 times with promise someone was going to call and never got a call! The 3rd time I called the lady said "oh it was rescheduled for early tomorrow morning" after she argued with me they had until 5 p.m. to show up!! Lost a lot of money in daily wages! Then they expected to just show up the next day without notice or even letting me know the appointment was switched until after 4 p.m. the day of the appointment! Customer for well over 10 years.. Our business has been having issues in recent years with items being delivered which we never ordered, but the issues reached a new level when we watched the delivery driver this week drop our stuff and then OPEN HIS FLY AND PEE IN FRONT OF OUR BUSINESS in the middle of the parking lot by the wheel well of his delivery truck. Are you kidding me? I am tempted to post a still shot of the video clip I have saved of this, but I will refrain and hope that we can find contact info for the local center these trucks come out of so we can send it directly. I am still in shock. How unprofessional and also unsanitary. Back to the ordering issues.. Even when orders are changes to an item being delivered every other delivery it always goes back. When we called to let them know about the issue the gal argued with us saying "we did order it, because it was on the account." Only one person, myself, every touches the account and I brushed off what I felt we delivery time frame glitches in the past, but not its actual unordered product being delivered and charged to you. One of the unordered items was a case of canned beverages which had clearly been sliding around a floor for months or more. The bottom inch of the can printing had disintegrated so when you touched it all easily rubbed on to your hands leaving nothing left on the can. Gross. Even if someone else had ordered this it shouldn't have ever been delivered to someone in the condition it was. My family subscribes via our Costco membership. The customer service is fantastic. The water is clean and tasty. The prices are highly competitive with Costco. We have been customers for almost a year and do not regret it at all. If we ever had any issues, no matter how small.. They step up and make it right. I do not recommend Ordering water through Crystal Springs. Not only is customer service difficult to deal with, if you have a long driveway your water could be left at the end of your driveway. I signed up through Costco and let the salesman know I was not available to receive the water dispenser and water for 1 month. He said that was fine and he would put that into his notes. Shortly after I signed up I began receiving numerous calls to schedule a delivery. Even though I explained to them that the salesman at Costco told me it would be fine for me to schedule my delivery a month out (due to my busy schedule) they continued to call and threatened to discontinue the service that had never even started as they said they had a certain period of time to make the first delivery or my account would cancel. After numerous calls, I finally scheduled a delivery that worked with my schedule. After my first delivery I was told that my water would need to be delivered at the end of my driveway because I have a long driveway. I am 60 years old and had originally ordered water service as a convenience. I am not able to roll a bottle of water down my driveway. I am more able to put a bottle of water into a cart at the store and roll it 20 feet from my car to the house. Crystal Springs was not convenient for me and their customer service was also not helpful. If you live in a rural area, I do not recommend signing up for Water delivery from Crystal Springs as it is very likely that it will be less convenient than simply purchasing water at the store. PS. The hours yelp has listed are not the hours for the Burlington location. They are the hours for customer service located in Florida. read more

If I were able to give a zero star review I would, but I suppose I did get water I could drink out of this deal so that must be worth something. For the last two years, every time I have been forced to interact with this company it has been an exercise in futility at best. First and foremost, there is Kevin, the delivery driver. Condescending, inconsiderate, and with customer service skills that would make a DMV employee uncomfortable, Kevin should be held up as a shining example of how NOT to do one's job. From day one, regardless of what I have signed up for through Crystal Springs, Kevin has taken it upon himself to decide what my water needs should be. Drop off only the water I have asked for and nothing else? Nah, that's not Kevin's style. But who knows, maybe he thought I looked extra thirsty. Some months he feels it necessary to drop off less than what I've asked for, even though I am billed for the full amount. And how was the experience of trying to get a refund for those undelivered bottles of water I paid for you ask? Well, it's been three months of complaints and denials so far, so I will update when it actually happens, roughly around the time I expect I'm hospitalized for a ruptured aneurysm. I don't know, maybe I'm being too hard on the guy. Maybe it's my neighbor's fault for not putting up a sign that expressly states she would appreciate it if Kevin wouldn't drive on her lawn every single time he uses her driveway to turn around his big, shiny truck. And maybe when he told my neighbor who gets her water delivered every two weeks that he was only going to do it once a month because that's what I changed to and it wasn't worth it for him to come all the way up the hill "just for her", maybe he was just trying to save the environment. Maybe he really isn't a pathologically lazy individual who hates his life and takes it out on his customers, even though his job centers entirely around customer service. Crystal Springs obviously has some reason to keep him employed even though my eight year old daughter could maneuver his truck around our yard with more skill, and with an accurate delivery count to boot. So if you want inconsistent water delivery, a rude driver, and almost nonexistent customer support when you have a problem, Crystal Springs is the company for you. Myself, I have some lemon juice to pour over my papercut while I search for other water delivery companies in my area, which is way better than having to deal with Crystal Springs of Burlington. Signed up at Costco, was told I would be contacted by Rep within 3 days. No Contact. I contacted Customer Service, and they reply by saying my initial delivery is on a friday, from 8-5ish, which was the very next day. Can't do that day, I have a job. I rescheduled for the following Monday, took the day off, stayed home all day - NO SHOW, NO CALL. Again, I email Customer Service, complain, and the next day the rep calls. We agree to 7:30 the next morning (wednesday - 10 days after sign up), and he showed up. I was also informed that my deliveries would be once a month, auto set to 4 bottles each time. WRONG AGAIN. I log into my account to see it's every other week, 4 bottles at a time! I change to one bottle at a time...fine. Water delivery scheduled for March 1st. Then they changed it to March 2nd for some reason. Fine. So I set my empties out, all day and all night. NO SHOW! I log in this morning, and my scheduled delivery is now March 15th! I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL and I think this is the worst service I've ever had. We are returning our machine and what's left of the water. We have not paid our first bill yet, and we do not intend on doing so. We will pay for the two bottles we've drank, but that's it. Buy your own machine and go to walmart for your water. read more
