Quality work on time on budget. Luis was excellent and his staff!!! I see that some people are selfish and don't want to pay extra 30.$ I paid 75.$ for the dirtiest carpet and they making it look like new again then I decided to let them clean the entire house then the roof and drivways . I used them on a month!!! If the place requires more work I pay then they do excellent!! So I can say to anyone pay little more if it's dirty and have the place clean well . Total RIP OFF!!! Very unprofessional and grossly overpriced for what they do. I hired them to clean my ONE bedroom condo and after 9 HOURS of "cleaning" it was dirty everywhere! My bill was $283! After 9 hours still nothing was dusted, nothing was vacuumed, shower and bathtub were filthy, under the bed and under all furniture was dirty etc. I called "Carolina" the manager to put a complaint, and she, instead of taking some responsibility, she yelled at me and did not care about my feedback. Horrible service!! I attached pictures/proof of all the dirt AFTER their "9 hours of cleaning". They stole my money!!! I don't know how they ended up with such high stars rating. So went online on groupon and got one of those deals for carpet cleaning. It was $60 for deep cleaning. What does deep cleaning mean? To me it means steam clean and removal of dirt. Luis Aguirre who works at peak janitorial made up extra terms. He said it doesn't include dirt removal. He washed the carpet with water. Not a high end commercial steaming rod carpet cleaner. He said "the $60 only covers basic and does not remove dirt from the carpet and as well its normal to be still be able to have stain that can be removed with a towel by hand. No chemical is being used on cleaning the carpet in this case." Well all he did was push the dirt back and forth. On top it was done very quick and sloppy. He said if you want to have chemical used it cost extra. The extra added in cost more then the Groupon itself. He himself agree that use of Groupon would end up costing more. What's the point of advertising on Groupon if you don't want to give a discount. I later emailed them about the issue and the result was the same. Denial and said it's done like that. The apartment is only one bedroom and only the room and closet had carpet. This company is a scam. I won't deal with them Also they don't tell you, if you buy from Groupon they have the right to charge mileage on top as extra. Total scam read more

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a cleaning company. Basic surfacing cleaning to start and slow. One of the cleaners broke a glass compost container in our kitchen and the manager refused to acknowledge this even after I sent her multiple photos of the broken jar. The cleaner just put it back in the kitchen broken, which is super dangerous. The way the manager handled this issue made me feel like I got taken advantage of and like I was lying for some reason even though all she needed to do was apologize and replace what her cleaner broke. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone after the way they treated me. read more

I bought a Groupon for five hours of cleaning. When I called to book my cleaning, I was told there was an extra charge of $25 for travel/gas fees. I said that I would not pay it, I had already paid for an all-inclusive cleaning service. She agreed to waive the charge. When the cleaning staff showed up for my appointment this morning, they were 20 minutes late and said I needed to pay the $25 fee. I refused and so they left without cleaning. Highway robbery. We had Nelson clean our carpets in our basement and he did a fantastic job and was very friendly and professional. He went above and beyond. The person handling booking and payment via phone/text was also great to work with. On top of that the price was lower than expected. Don't bother with this company. We wanted to do a courtesy clean because we're moving out, our carpets were in good condition. Waste of money because they basically just come to make the place wet, it doesn't even seem like they used any sort of cleaning agent, just water. Waste of time because they didnt show up and then when i got a hold of them 20mins later i was told they'll be a hour late and that i can either wait or don't wait, thats it. Our faint stain looks 5x worse even after drying and our landlords even told us to ask for a refund. Also they ripped a big gash in my mattress storage cover from carelessly dragging around machine where there wasn't even carpet. read more

I purchased a Groupon to have all of our carpets cleaned by Peak Janitorial (almost 2000 square feet). The fine print on the Groupon said that there would be a service charge for coming to the Surrey area, and the person who scheduled the appointment explained the extra charges for the stairs.........I agreed to both of the extra charges. She also mentioned an additional charge to treat any stains which in past experience with other companies has been a part of the cleaning process, but I declined this service. On February 19th, Enrique Rodriguez came at the scheduled time of 9:30, and completed the cleaning by 11:30. He asked me to check the carpets throughout, which I did but aside from being very wet, they seemed fine. We settled the bill and Enrique was on his way. Five days later, we noticed a terrible scratch on a cabinet in our living room. The scratch looked like it was caused by something being dragged across the face of it. I immediately sent a report to Peak Janitorial explaining what I had found. On February 25th, Carolina Villacorta emailed me asking for pictures of the cabinet which I sent to her. After examining the pictures her response was as follows: "I saw the pictures, thank you and I spoke with the technician he explained that if he did the scratches he will tell me or tell you at the moment, but he told there wasnt any way to do those scratches with the machine." I explained to Carolina that the cabinet had never been moved in the two years that we owned it and that it was in pristine condition. I further explained that if she was familiar with the machine that was used she would realize that there certainly was a way that the machine could damage furniture if it was pulled or pushed against it. At this point, I asked to speak to the manager.............to which Ms. Villacorta responded that she was the manager. I asked that they repair the damage that they caused. Ms. Villacorta said that "they would contact me soon". On March 5th......having heard nothing from anyone at Peak Janitorial, I sent a final email asking what they were prepared to do to remedy the situation. As of this date, I have had no response. I have since done some research into the company and found some very disturbing reviews about terrible work and about a lack of response to complaints. I believe that problems occur occasionally with any service company, but how a company responds to a complaint speaks volumes about the quality of the company. I had two terrible experiences with this place. The first time the girl was late and did not do a good job cleaning so I lost some damage deposit on the service. Since I was giving the company the benefit of the doubt I kept my appointment for my other service, which turned out to be quite horrendous. I had booked one cleaner for two hours but two girls showed up 40 mins late. I was confused by why there were two cleaners so I asked and they said they would be there for an hour instead since they were late. I told them specifically what needed to be done and when I came back in an hour the place was still dirty. Even the floors had not looked like they have been swept but again, I was giving them the benefit of the doubt thinking they needed more time so I extended an extra hour. I came back and to my surprise, nothing was clean. It took over half an hour to process my payment because they didn't have a machine on their end and they were trying to call the office to make it work. They claimed my cards weren't working (my cards were working fine) and had me e-transfer everything. Finally after they left, I checked the place and the floors had not been swept properly, the tub was gross and dirty, sinks unclean, dust bunnies everywhere and cupboards were left in poor condition. It cost me $125 for this. I called and sent them pictures. I got an apology from the manager but no refund was made. Overall, I could have done the job better by myself and the overall experience wasted my time. I do not recommend this company at all as they are not professional or reliable. read more
