In addition to the usual grocery items and miscellany, Foodworks has bulk products, something that was particularly interesting to me, as I have been searching for some organic cornstarch. It's surprisingly harder to find than I expected. Here it was. The manager explained they sourced from Austria. I can't say I was expecting that -- but okay. Also available daily are ready made sandwiches and soups that don't appear to stay available long, so come early.

Truth is, since I moved here, I have been slacking on my usual meal prepping and healthy eating and thus have been craving something tasty and packed with nutrients.
