The company advertises being able to approve you for apartments with bad credit, evictions, broken leases etc by offering a RIN number which works similar to a social security number. They came through with everything they said. The RIN number came in about a week and the next week I was approved for my apartment. Angela was considerate, she was available often after work hours to make sure I was taken care of and I couldn't be more happy! She was very informative and communicated so well. I'm not sure why the other reviews are this way maybe new management or staff however I can say that I will be moving into my apartment in two days and I wouldn't have been able to do it without this service! I am sure many people deal with wondering how they will live and move into an apartment with these issues and this service relieved me of all the stress and they did most of the legwork creating accounts and contacting properties. I would recommend to anyone who would need the service. It's good to read the terms and conditions of the service so you are not misinformed about what they can and cannot do because I am sure approval isn't guaranteed due to the uniqueness of every case and apartment management regulations. Please consider this when sending payment. They do give an option also to pay a down payment upfront and pay the remainder when approved so I don't exactly think they want to just take your money. Tim at TD Real Estate has been the Property Management Company for my rental property in Cheyenne…read moresince 2004. I live in Southern California and have only been to the property once years ago, so having a local PM company that I can trust is critical. Tim and his entire staff are professional and have NEVER EVER let me down. My rental property is inspected ever 6 months and the pictures are posted in their owners portal of their website. ALL of the financial information is in their portal making it SUPER easy for year end tax report of all the expenses - a HUGE benefit! On the rare occasion that I do have a concern, I just pick up the phone and call the office or ask for Tim directly. I would estimate 75% of the time my concern is address on the first call. When they do have to call me back, I have NEVER waited more than a couple of hours for a return call. My rental property has been rented over the last 20 years, I would guestimate it less than 6 months vacancies during this entire period which is AMAZING! That's roughly 2%: (12 X 20 = 240 = .02%) I have two other rental properties, one in Texas and one in California, both of which I have to fire the PMs multiple time. I wish I could find a "TD Real Estate" for these locations! Thank you Tim and the ENTIRE staff at TD Real Estate!

It is NOT a standard lease and they ask tenants to be responsible for paying for any pests regardless if they occurred before or not. They did not completely fill out the lease. Do not rent from them. They also showed us a messy and dirty apartment, with trash strewn all over. A horrible service I cannot express the sheer level of incompetence.
