The company advertises being able to approve you for apartments with bad credit, evictions, broken leases etc by offering a RIN number which works similar to a social security number. They came through with everything they said. The RIN number came in about a week and the next week I was approved for my apartment. Angela was considerate, she was available often after work hours to make sure I was taken care of and I couldn't be more happy! She was very informative and communicated so well. I'm not sure why the other reviews are this way maybe new management or staff however I can say that I will be moving into my apartment in two days and I wouldn't have been able to do it without this service! I am sure many people deal with wondering how they will live and move into an apartment with these issues and this service relieved me of all the stress and they did most of the legwork creating accounts and contacting properties. I would recommend to anyone who would need the service. It's good to read the terms and conditions of the service so you are not misinformed about what they can and cannot do because I am sure approval isn't guaranteed due to the uniqueness of every case and apartment management regulations.
