Long version- We worked with this "company" and specifically with Kristopher "Kip" Aaron. For several years, we thought that they were honest and helpful until we actually remodeled a home. He wanted to find all the workers and was just going to give us invoices. Once I started looking at the invoices, I found that they were all created by him and he refused to give us actual receipts, or invoices that came straight from the companies. We weren't even able to get names/phone numbers of some of the people who did the work, or who he said did the work. From the ones I was able to contact, I saw that he inflated the prices and (I can only assume) he pocketed the difference (i just know the money was unaccounted for). He gave us an invoice from a company who supposedly did $12,000 worth of work on our house. Not only did that company NOT work on our house, no permits were pulled either, nor were there inspections done. He just had one of his friends do it and neither would say how much was actually spent on supplies, how much was charged and how much was pocketed. He told us he hired a company to paint, but (allegedly) he just used family or friends to do it. He also would charge us for "Maintenance " to companies that do not exist. If you see "Cheyenne Comfort Heating and Cooling", that does not and has not existed (verified by other heating and cooling companies in the area). I was able to prove, through emails and receipts, that I was scammed out of over $8,000 and got almost all of it back only AFTER going to the Real Estate Commission to file a complaint. I know that complaints are on the internet (Google/yelp/etc), but nothing can be done to hold companies accountable without formal complaints, especially if money is involved. I also see the rude responses from the company, but I have receipts and proof for all my claims. We completely trusted them and they scammed us. On a brighter note, we went to a better and more reputable company and have had no issues, AND we actually get more profit back because they do not make up reasons to take money from what we were supposed to receive. Lastly, as an owner, we saw where renters lost their entire deposit because of "cleaning charges".... We had nothing to do with that, but I can say, y'all should be taking pics before you leave and ask for proof and receipts for the "charges". TRUST ME.

I was with the understanding that they would do a deep clean before moving me in but no, I had to deep clean myself and there was a smell that I have noticed lives in the apartment carpet probably. There's mold all over the wooden windows and dirtfield as well and even the bathtub walls. Mind you, I do a deep clean every month to keep a fresh look. It's nasty and some of the maintenance people are super unprofessional and don't seem to care and do the bare minimum --i could have done myself, and it didn't resolve the underlying issue. They also broke one of the window openers, and promised to come fix it--that was last year (I'm sure they'll try to deduct from my security deposit). CPMG also charged me for another maintenance I requested, claiming I caused the issue and it was a ridiculous amount. I plan to move out this year since I've had way too many issues with them. IDK what I'm even paying for. The apartment itself is old and everything in it is super outdated, dusty, and any amount of cleaning I've done grosses me out bc I see how much more work is needed. Their office rep is also quite arrogant. She acts as if she owns everything and is rude about it (from the last time I stopped by. They may have a new office rep). The lack of good customer service does not render them the right to have customers. Again, it's been a while since I've tried to get customer service help from their office because of the experience I've had in the past.

While cleaning I came across behind appliances the original drywall dust from construction the previous year, so their telling me that the 3 1/2 hours of additional cleaning was to get it in the same shape and cleanliness of when I got it is BS! Also never used refrigerator water and ice, but charged to replace the filter. They seem to want to find the little things which to be honest, they got the apartment back in way better shape then I got it. Bad on me for not tearing the place apart before moving in. Think very long and hard before renting from them. Inspect the apartment and be ready to be robbed on check out.

I would highly recommend using a different company to list your property with and use your own agent when looking at listings. This company deserves zero stars if it were an option.

They rent out properties in serioius disrepair with the promise that they will fix it, but then make excuses as to why they cannot fix it. On the rarity that they will send you a maintenience man, you can rest assure that they are ignorant, underqualified, and rude. They will insult your intelligence to ensure that they can make the cheapest repairs possible, rather than the necessary ones. And, if you require any follow-up than you can guarentee that will not happen. In my case, I made a request to be removed from a lease agreement when my husband and I seperated in July. I followed the protocol that they require, but never got any response in 3 different attempts to reach them. Now, in January, they are trying to find me liable for multiple months rent when I have not lived there in over 6 months and did my due dilagence to be removed properly. Unfortunately Mr. Brown sold his business to a very corrupt group of individuals who constantly raised the rent and tried extorting money from the first month they took over. Gave me 2 weeks to move out when my rental contract was over and said they would not renew contract. Left apartment in clean condition with my next door neighbor doing a walk through as Frontier Properties would not. Frontier Properties would not do a walk through while we were there and took my 1,250.00 dollar deposit and sent me to a collection agency for an additional 2,300.00 dollars for damages that I did not incur. This is a dangerous group and they will hurt your reputation and will end up stealing your money and extorting from you! Beware!!!! Would give them a zero rating if this was possible

I am not sure about the management and service in the past but I can say from my personal…read moreexperience that the staff member I was working with named Angela was EXCEPTIONAL. The company advertises being able to approve you for apartments with bad credit, evictions, broken leases etc by offering a RIN number which works similar to a social security number. They came through with everything they said. The RIN number came in about a week and the next week I was approved for my apartment. Angela was considerate, she was available often after work hours to make sure I was taken care of and I couldn't be more happy! She was very informative and communicated so well. I'm not sure why the other reviews are this way maybe new management or staff however I can say that I will be moving into my apartment in two days and I wouldn't have been able to do it without this service! I am sure many people deal with wondering how they will live and move into an apartment with these issues and this service relieved me of all the stress and they did most of the legwork creating accounts and contacting properties. I would recommend to anyone who would need the service. It's good to read the terms and conditions of the service so you are not misinformed about what they can and cannot do because I am sure approval isn't guaranteed due to the uniqueness of every case and apartment management regulations. Please consider this when sending payment. They do give an option also to pay a down payment upfront and pay the remainder when approved so I don't exactly think they want to just take your money. In any case, thanks again Angela. Couldn't be more happy. This brings happiness and hope to my life as some people take their living situations for granted.
