I have a two bed two bath condo. I told her all she had to do was do the floors in the one bedroom…read morebecause it's not used and to do the sink in the toilet in the guest bathroom. So technically there was a lot less work for her to do. She left soap scum from her cleaners in my kitchen sink. Didn't clean microwave. Dust found behind all the doors Didn't clean behind the toilets and doesn't look like she mopped the bathroom floor because there's still stuff on it. Didn't go under the dining room table or chairs or under main bed. Dusting light fixtures/ceiling fan/tables was not done The cubby in the shower was not cleaned, and the drain was not cleaned. Two trash cans were not emptied. And the 2 sliding doors - that I made a special point of noting, were not done. The only thing that was done, exactly as I asked, was sweeping the lanai floor. There were little stones from the driveway on my floor when I walked in as well as some little dried leaves after they left. She was an hour and a half late after saying she was in her way and spent an hour here if that. Offered to come back next week to fix all the mistakes. It should've been done right the first time. You don't have a second chance to make a first impression. I understand it takes a little bit to get to know a new house and there might be one or two things left off but all of this was not worth $125. When I complained about the bathroom, I was told the other person did it well what about all the other stuff in the house. You are the owner of the business and you need to check on your worker(s) and make sure they're doing the job they are hired to do. Missed 2 trash cans. And 2 sliding doors.
