Not sure but ColorHaus has unlocked the key to providing all four pillars of what is necessary for a service like this to get 5 stars and they are delivering it on all fronts. I had to print 100 flyers last minute SAME DAY so I turned to Yelp for help and found ColorHaus. I was desperate so I put in an order online and called immediately after I sent it in to see if I could get the flyers asap. They turned them around in 4 hours and called me as soon as they were ready. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. I came in and saw the printers and made a B line for them. The printing did take forever. You have to send the document to their printer by using a special code that they will email you. And there's a note there that says it takes 5-10 mins for you to receive it. It took all 10 minutes and then some for me to get mine. Which was frustrating because I thought it would be a quick trip. I then had to print, sign, and scan it back to me. Which didn't take a long time but still another small wait. Nobody came and checked on me which is fine but if you like that type of service you may have to go and tap them in the shoulder. It didn't cost much although it did feel a little higher than I remembered. It was about 75 cents or so to print in color and another 70 ish cents to scan it back to myself. Big location. All your shipping needs and more. 10ish spots in their lot. The area has some people experiencing homelessness.

There's a screenprinting studio, a letterpress studio, movable tables, a computer lab, every type of fixant and fastener you've ever needed, copiers, an art gallery, and a bombass zine library. They teach workshops on everything regarding publishing and writing, the volunteer staff are always happy to help, and the general atmosphere of friendliness is worth just hanging out at. It's a bit like a coffeeshop filled with cute and/or interesting, socially awkward people of all walks of life where you don't have to buy coffee to hang out. It's definitely worth a visit if you're trying to publish something or you just want to be surrounded by creative work.
