But when I was at iVapes. I bought two mods, 4 batteries, a 4 battery charger and two juices, I spent $220. It's crazy now that I really think about it. But the service here is friendly and helpful and fast. They know their products and they can get you in and out of there quickly. I do get a lot of texts, seems like they always have promotions and sales which I'm very fond of but I would only return during a promo period. Too pricy here. But they do have a wide selections of juices and mods so there's a variety.

I've seen customers being truly awful and rude to her, and she still does what's right. Up until the point she needs to not let people talk to her like that. I would do the same if someone so ugly and negative just kept hammering into me. Unfortunately those are the people that leave reviews and lie about the situation. I've been going to this store, and only this store, for over 5 years. I even met the owner on Christmas once, he was very pleasant and easy to work with. These guys VALUE return customers! I'm given discounts often because of my loyalty, which is why I've never have been, and never will go, anywhere else. Please be kind to service workers, they aren't there to take your abuse, they are people too, with good and bad days. It's takes nothing to be kind. One customer was upset because they didn't sell cigarettes?? They don't sell cigarettes, but why would they? I imagine people with common sense know to go to any gas station or grocery store for those. Bottom line, first, please be kind to service workers, they are just like everyone else. Second, if you need anything to do with vape shop stuff plus more, there is no greater place. I say that after many trips to many vape shops, and more than once at each place. Came in looking for a few specific items in specific sizes. When he tried to sell me the bigger I let him know I could not afford it, as much as I would love to, being friendly in saying so. His smile disappeared and he barely spoke to me the rest of the interaction. He knows I have gotten bigger purchases before and was trying to cut the price by $5 and when I said no, he went through the transaction so fast I couldn't even put my loyalty number in and when I said "oh the number went away", he just looked at me and said the total. Went from 3 or 4 very pleasant visits to being treated like an annoyance. If you want customers, don't get angry when they can't afford things. There are 2 other smoke shops in spitting distance (literally within a mile) and I will happily go to either from now on, even if one costs more and one is inconvenient, because they are happy to see me, make sure I use my rewards and don't push me. Return customers come back because of price and relationship to the workers, especially in smoke shops. Dont be acting like were best friends until I cant afford something I never asked you to order. Will not be going back.

I wanted some coil building accessories/ tools. Nope. I was told sometimes the boss will add nic to peoples juice and oh we only carry house tools which i get but doesn't help me to the best of my knowledge UTAH...stupid...doesnt want shops helping us with devices. Anyway I want a juice flavor profile i get 1 pick from the guy I know they got the strawberry custard I want but this guy tells me they only have one strawberry/milk/custard type juice which is a brand i really dont like because I tried theyre juice before and my coil was toast in a day and a half. I looked myself and found 4 juices that were what i described. I just dont get the lazy service when they used to be so great back in the day. But if youre a rebuildable guy try and I hate to do this go to Ivape or just order off the web and look at some reviews for tools and mods or tanks on the net. If youre just wanting a lazy here you go "smoke shop" experience get youre disposables here theyre no longer what i would consider a local vape shop.
