Was dealing with Ryan the entire time. Get told that my glass will be here within 3-4 weeks and…read morethe install will be shortly after. after 6 weeks goes by I call asking where my glass is. I get told some story about how the glass company is doing only one shipment a week despite telling me this is 'busy season' Ryan says he will look for my glass and should know more within the hour. Finally get a call back saying I have your glass After my first appointment I will call or text and let you know we are on the way. Around noon he just shows up on my door. I had had a deposit with him for a window replacement (separate window) and I express concerns that I don't want to wait this long again, Ryan got defensive immediately saying he has no control of when glass comes in. When I said that I had spoken to 3 other companies and they had all said they could get it done sooner his response was "Well they are lying." Throughout this entire process it felt like Ryan was inconvenienced having to come out and deal with me as a customer. It felt like I had been blown off throughout the entire process so I decided to go somewhere else. I understand Ryan is a contractor - but there needs to be some level of professionalism, and there was none. I would recommend that you go anywhere else for your window needs.

They immediately took all the necessary measurements and provided a very affordable proposal within a couple of days.
