Heading in here is a bit of a hit and miss with service - even though the business remains in the hands of one family. Let me explain. There's an older man I assume to be the father and a younger one I assume to be his son. To put it mildly, I wouldn't walk in if the son was serving food. I've been here numerous times before and been put off ordering food because of how abrupt and rude he is at times. The older gentleman is another story - he is patient, friendly, he SMILES. I usually check to see who is serving before I decide to eat here or buy from the bakery next door.
This place gets pretty busy in the afternoons because it's right next to the public school and the public swimming pools. Perfect for a snack in the middle of the day (but not every day), the food is pretty cheap, tastes good and is bad for your hips. read more
