I wanted to leave. I told the staff i couldnt believe how she was acting. Someone else came to take over my daughers pedicure. They told me the woman was just having a bad day and wouldn't charge for my daughters' feet. That was the only thing that kept us there because i was about to leave. It wasn't a good atmosphere the whole time. the lady kept angrily staring at us from the back and walking around. THEN they ended up charging me half price for my daughter's pedicure. I was so upset i just wanted to get out of there. We have never been back and i used to go all the time for my nails. They ruined my daughters first experience. Extremely sad.

The young male nail tech cut both of my thumbs when filing them. They are super sore and in just over 24 hours my left great toe is red and throbbing. There is a small cut in the skin just adjacent to the nail, it is draining pus, and the skin is red and puffy = cellulitis a bacterial infection. I will not return. It probably depends on who your nail tech is, but mine was very aggressive with his filing.

Way back when mom used to give me $20-30 dollars to go hang at the mall. This was my go-to place, (Pricing has increased as well as anything has/would since 10-15 years ago!) I always felt welcomed here, never judged! The employees always had smiles on their faces and say "hello" and always ask right away what you need done, and to "pick a color" from the wall. The employees are quick to choose a matching color. *If you have just a photo and no other idea where to begin! I was always surprised to see the employees will do their best to match a photo.
