My pedicure was just mediocre, the water was very cold, I wish that they would've offered to raise the water temp since the salon doesn't have heat. My nails were a lot more expensive though than I thought. I didn't realize they charged more for gel paint until the very end and it was $50 more than my home salon and I get the same gel paint there as well. Other than those few instances, everything else was good and I would go here again. The girls were fun to chat with and had a nice ambience.

Dane suggested me very enthusiastically and patiently waited for me to choose the color (yeah, I must say that this is one of the nail salons with many beautiful colors and you will spend a lot of time deciding). I told him that I wanted my nails to be durable and sparkly, he suggested I do deep then paint a cat eye, and then he saw that my hands were too empty so l asked him to do a freestyle drawing and he did not disappoint! Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my opinion. I arrived a few minutes late due to another appointment and immediately acknowledged that when I walked in. I also made it clear that I understood I might have to wait because of my lateness. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner, Cee Cee, chose to embarrass me in front of other customers and staff. The only reason I stayed was because I was using gift certificates, and I had little confidence that I would be refunded if I left. It's important to note that my regular technician has always been kind, accommodating, and professional, as have most of the other staff members. What stood out to me during this visit was the noticeable difference in how customers were treated. Those spending significant amounts on multiple services received plenty of attention, conversation, and respect, while customers receiving more basic services seemed largely ignored. After more than a decade as a customer, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect. I refuse to pay for services where I am treated disrespectfully, regardless of the circumstances.
