Every time I step foot in this store, I am greeted with a friendly greeting. Most of time I already have an idea of what I am getting but not always. Either way, I am always asked by several employees, "If I need help finding anything." This weekend, I needed to paint my bathroom, just some touch up paint. I visited this location, and I believe Steve or Steven assisted me. He matched up the paint perfectly and he helped me make some decisions on sandpaper and painting textures. He knew exactly what he was doing, he was very helpful. Touched up my bathroom and it looks great! I am very proud this day and age when you can walk into an establishment and be met with extraordinary service. Very grateful for whatever the success of this store is. I am not sure if it's good management, good environment, great employees, or if it's combination? Whatever your secret sauce is, Keep up the great work!!

Harbor Freight is a store for dudes. Sure there is always the occasional woman in there, but they have the same look on their face as I have when inside a Hobby Lobby. Here's a hint: It's a disgusted look. For the past few years a buddy at work has been forwarding me electronic ads for the Harbor Freight on the Westbank. I would always peruse then delete them since I am pretty confident in my tool selection. But recently I learned that Harbor Freight sells winches and decided to head to the nearest location and check it out. All I could say when I walked in was "Wow". This store had it all. There were tools for every job whether it was just unscrewing the battery compartment on a kid's toy or framing a house. There were so many different hand tools that it was a tad overwhelming. As a dude who likes to play with his tools, it was heaven. OK, maybe not heaven, but it was pretty badass. My most recent trip was during a "huge parking lot sale". Their advertising made it sound like it would be some massive deal taking up the entire parking lot. It wasn't, but it did have some pretty good deals. The cashier even let me use a coupon from an email that I hadn't printed. That alone saved me an extra $10 on already cheap items. So far the tools I have bought have been pretty usable. I am not sure how long they would last if you're a professional, but at these prices, just use it till it breaks, then buy a new one. If you are in need of tools, I suggest you sign up for coupons online, then head to your nearest Harbor Freight.

Tried to return it but they refused saying it was against the Law because it had been used and had fumes in it, yeah! That's probably how I know it leaks. I left a review on the Harbor web site, one star but it hasn't turned up. Be careful buying gas cans from this place, the gas went all over my tractor . The bad reviews on this item state that some returned the cans, must be just that store .

It's upsetting to say the least but to call and the lady was nice and understanding, but her supervisor said it wasn't worth going up to a different manager, they just wanted to pass me off to another person...
