I can't say enough GREAT things about this company! I called in a panic because my septic tank backed up into my house! UGH! I spoke with the sweetest lady on the phone . She calmed me down and let me know that someone would be at my house first thing in the morning. When they arrived, he moved effortlessly into my driveway( it's a one car driveway with lots of trees/bushes). He cleaned tank out completely. Impeccable company. Our septic system developed a problem on Friday. We called and told them what was going on. We were reassured that it would be fine over the weekend. We made an appointment for Monday morning and they showed up on time, took care of the problem. Which included having to dig up the grass to get to the 2 separate areas. Honey Dippers came out and Mike was very rude and was making snide comments under his breath. He also didn't complete the job because 4 days later we were having a backup because he didn't make sure the pipe coming from the house was open and free of anything. I called Honey Dippers with a sewage backup problem and received same day service. Mike was extremely courteous and helpful. He realized our problem right away and we saw our clean water well start to drain immediately. He took time to explain our system to us as we just bought the house and told us to call with any questions. He also double checked that everything was securely closed and locked for our kid's safety. I highly recommend Mike and will be a regular customer. I was actually surprised at the great service we received because not many businesses treat customers like friends anymore as Mike did to us. Everything works right again with no issues. read more

Our experience with Honey Dippers was excellent. From the booking process all the way through it was seamless. Mike arrived early to our house but I was able to give him verbal instructions to locate our tank before I arrived, by the time I got there he was already done and had also notified me that we had an air leak in our system and he went ahead and made the repair at no charge. I had lots of questions for him and he answered all of them and even made suggestions to help us improve our system. I would suggest them to anyone. Fair pricing and excellent job. read more

I was suppose to have my septic tank pumped today but it didn't happen. Why? Because when the guy showed up, he drove his heavy truck right through my front yard and got "upset" about it when has was confronted and then left. As he was leaving, he drove right through the front yard again. I mean, come on who acts this unprofessionally? Who thinks that it is ok to drive through someone's yard. Especially when there is a perfectly good driveway that is clear for them to use. I don't know if rudeness, childishness, and disregard for other people's personal property are standard practices at this company, but they displayed all of them today. I truly do not appreciate you leaving tire marks all through my front yard. Never again will I use this company. I would truly give less than 1 star if I could. read more

If you could give less than one star I would. Honey dippers came to our property to service our septic tank, which was serviced just one year ago by the same guy, and could not have been more rude or disrespectful. Mike made multiple accusations of us of "pouring grease down the drains" which caused a clog in the pipes. He was told multiple times that we have never poured grease down the drain, but continued to state that if we hadn't then somebody had. Then to clean the tank out he used our personal water hose. He placed the hose into the tank and then complained that we didn't have enough water pressure. We now will be going to buy a new water hose because nobody wants to use a water hose that has been in a septic tank. Very poor customer service would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Honey dippers is an excellent company. They came out on the weekend for us. We just returned from vacation and our septic was backed up. He helped us find the top to the septic which was covered in grass. He pumped out for a reasonable fee and was very professional. His son was there and was just as professional.
