Super quick and fair price. Second time using them and worth every penny. Great family owned business.

Incredibly professional, polite and efficient. They explained everything that had gone wrong and detailed how they would approach the repairs. They were punctual and - if you can believe it - cheerful! Daniel was actually singing carols as they worked! No one wants to find out they need extensive repairs - especially at the holidays - but they were very reasonable and as you can see, did a careful and considerate job. The best endorsement I can give is to honestly say that after the holidays, I will have them back to fix other things that lesser plumbing companies have done at our house. Thank you, Daniel and John! You made something that had me in a panic genuinely painless and I am glad to know you! Use Brooks Plumbing with absolute confidence.

I have a clogged over flow line that leaves out of my septic tank. Brook's Plumbing came out and…read moreran a snake down both ways in the piping and attempted to flush out the line with a bladder. All in all about an hour and a half worth of work and came to the conclusion that the line may be collapsed. I accepted the defeat, hoping it was an easy fix. So with that said I asked what do I owe them for the work they did and it came out to $650. To run a snake up the pipe and utilize the bladder and very little hand digging $650 and the issue was never resolve. And then got offered that they will come out with a mini trackhoe to dig and fix the issue for $1800 pulse cost of materials. I will never again hire a plumber, I might even quit my job as a natural gas pipeliner and start work as a plumber. I feel so cheated out of $650 for nothing really. I Couldn't in my right mind charge somebody full price for that little work and not fixing the issue. Sure make a few bucks coming out to the site and attempting to fix it. But $650??? And septic system is still messed up.... Never again Brooks plumbing.

I called Pounds Sewer System because I had a problem with my septic tank. Chuck Pounds is the owner…read moreand main person. He may be a good septic mechanic but his scheduling is horrible. After 3 no-shows and a 4th possible, I told him I would get someone else.

I bought a foreclosure in October. The first call made me…read moresecond guess using Chuck Pounds because he didn't seem to understand a simple request, but he was recommended by my Contractor. I needed my septic inspected and I needed to know IF it needed anything done to it and if so, what was needed. After a few calls he said that it may just need a pump and gave me an estimate of $550, or worst case scenario may need a sprinkler system IF that was the original system installed and gave me the highest possible estimate for that being $1,500. I let him know that it was not the original system but I'll take a high estimate so that we don't have any surprises. He said he couldn't tell what was needed until he came out and he'd bring a pump with him. He finally made it to my new house and my contractor met him there. I asked the contractor how things went and he told me a sprinkler system was installed. I was upset. He was SUPPOSED to let me know what was needed and I was adamant about not wanting a sprinkler system, especially spraying septic water 10 feet from my back patio. It was disgusting. My contractor paid him and he left before I even knew what had happened. My contractor said that Chuck told him that the sprinkler system WAS the original system(a LIE). He was supposed to come back out on three separate occasions but never did. Then the rain started up and I FINALLY received a call from him. His wife had been ill. He said that he's NEVER had an unhappy customer and didn't want me to be the first one. He said he'd come back out and we could look at possibly draining the septic into my pond, or moving the sprinklers farther from the house. I told him I'd appreciate that. In February we had a week of nice weather with no contact from Chuck. I tried contacting him with no response. I contacted my contractor who then said the "job was done". I'm a single mother of 4 trying to provide for my kids on a limited income. Chuck Pounds is a liar and a thief. My contractor, Josh Oquinn is no better for not protecting me against this. Josh came back out on his own and RE-HOOKED my septic up to drain into the pond which was the ORIGINAL set up and removed the sprinkler system but is STILL charging me $1,500 because he lost that to Chuck. I do NOT recommend Pounds septic.
