As my photo will attest, this version was served with sweet peppers, a little onion, and napa cabbage. As I was eating it, I noticed just a few pieces of beef, and very little in the way of noodles. The meal itself was incredibly bland, requiring a huge splash of siracha and soy sauce to give it some flavour. It took me less than 5 minutes to pick through all the meat and noodles, and the dish had to have been over 70% vegetables. Service was extremely lacking. Only two other tables in the restaurant, and a simple dish like this took nearly 20 minutes to come to my table. Wait staff never bothered to come by to ask how the meal was or clear the table, as I just got up and paid for the meal. Cashier didn't respond to my comment that my meal wasn't what I was expecting.
