Then, just before the scheduled appointment, they reached out to say they couldn't make it, and see if they could come the following morning. We agreed on a time. Then, the morning of the second appointment, they messaged to say that they wouldn't be able to make the time we had agreed on. I asked when they thought they would be by... crickets. Nothing.
