A week later I got my lenses After trying to see through scratch lenses for an extra month ! Whenever I've had my classes adjusted they only wanna put new nose pieces on them with no adjustment ! Even when I scheduled the initial appointment, the scheduler asked what do I have for insurance I did clear things up between insurances and explained my own personal confusion. My primary (does not have optical), which does not give staff an excuse to be rude and unprofessional. In the end, my secondary insurance was valid, which was another huge problem and the staff there was making it seem like I was making it up And for your office staff to smugly say we'll wait for the denial letter is crazy behavior.
