I had an eye exam on January 24th, and ordered contacts the same day. It is now February 29th, and I have still to receive my order. I was told it would be two weeks for them to come in. After 16 days, I called to see what the status of my order was, and was told half of it had arrived and they were waiting on the other half. I waited another week and called again since I had not heard anything. This time I was told there was nothing ordered, and that I would receive a call back the same day after they checked on it. I never received a call back so I called the office again the next day, and was told it would be another two weeks. I contacted cooperate and was emailed a complaint form. A response was promised in 5 days; it has been 10 and I have still not received any sort of response. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any "professional" business. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. My husband and I have been going here for a few years, and service was never great but tolerable. Then 6 months ago they switched to a new doctor and all new staff, who are thee most uninformed and untrained staff you could think of. They lost my husband records and can't even tell me where to find them. I asked to speak with a manager and they told me she would be in the next day and give me a call. Never did. 2 weeks later I called in and spoke with her, she has no idea what to do. Doesn't even know if they have a corporate number. I told them they are untrustworthy and I want my records and how to go about that and she told me "I have no idea". Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to this eye doctor. this people are thiefts went there for glases in jun waited to agost and never got my glasses,i cancelled the order ther refund me the co pay but 6 months latter i find out they never refund the insurance co,and were trying to sale me the glasses for 450.00 dollars aftrr my insyrance have aready pay them in full,when confronted with the fact that they were riping the insurance co they kick me oyt th3 store and called the police telling them i was harrasing them,when the only thing i did was show them that they were stealing from the insurance co,they actually called police on me saying i was threating them when i went there i was respectfull but they got upset becouse i told ither customer dobt to get glasses there and he left,so the lady mananger got upset andxacuse me of thibgs that never happens,leasing to me dont get glasses there yiu will have a nightmare if you do,they dont answerxthe phone abd the onky way to know if your glasses are there us to go there,becoyse they never answer the phone,that mananger is unprofesional and never tell you the truth about when you will get your glasses read more

I would definitely recommend. I haven't been to the eye doctors for 20 years after getting Lasik. I have know idea why I dreaded going for so long. Dr. Tyler Reppert was on time and I had a complete exam in 20 minutes. He thoroughly explained what is happening in my eye as I age and am seeing that I'll be needing reading glasses soon. The best thing I learned was that there is now a new pressure test that doesn't involve the annoying "poof" into your eye. And this office has this equipment. read more

Will not go back. Talked me into progressive lenses. It was like looking through a fishbowl. First prescription was wrong. Second lenses were still horrible. Third prescription is single vision lens and better, but still not good at distance. I paid $800 total for the more expensive progressive lenses and there was no refund for single vision lenses. So I paid $800 for regular glasses that I could have got for half of that. Not happy at all. read more

Terrible wish I could give zero stars. Said they would order the contacts and that it would cost nothing out of pocket. One month later no contacts. I called and they never ordered them and said it would cost money to. I asked for my prescription and they sent me on my way with it. I found out from another DR. a contact prescription is made of three numbers and I was given only one, so I could not order elsewhere. I called again for the full prescription and they refused saying they did not have it and tried to blame it on me not wearing "their brand". I said they needed to provide me the entire prescription and they refused and hung up on me. Never again. read more

Clean, updated location! Dr Tyler and his staff were thorough, professional, and courteous during my eye exam and even recommended a better brand of eye-drop to use for my redness. Unprompted, the young lady working the front desk went out of her way to look up my insurance info to see if she could save me some money. Unfortunately my insurance did not cover the checkup, but I still appreciate the effort! I'm happy I didn't pay too much attention to the previous yelp reviews and chose this office for my checkup!!
