I can't say enough about how this place treats you like first class. Not only are they polite they always have a smile and ask you as many questions to get to know your pup. The vet (Chuck) came to my car afterwards to see if I had any additional concern and/or feedback. They have supreme service and an awesome staff. He walked in that day, but limped out. The next day was the last time he walked. These people DO NOT care about your furbabies. It is completely unacceptable to take a pet in for something VERY MINOR, then for that pet to leave with a MAJOR crippling injury. EVERY SINGLE DAY now I look at my poor baby and apologize in tears, wondering if he thinks I knew these people were going to cripple him when I trusted him in their care. PLEASE do not allow them to heartlessly hurt any more animals. Please take your furbabies to someone, someplace that cares about your pet rather than about making money on injuries THEY caused.

We went to Bryan Animal Clinic for a second opinion for our cat, Abby. She was diagnosed with…read morecolon cancer from.a previous clinic, where we had been going for several years. Dr. Greenbaum and his crew were amazing with our diva, even with her being a bit sassy. He and his techs explained the diagnosis to us, confirmed that it was indeed cancer, and offered us so much more information and how to continue with her treatment. The compassion and effort in just that couple of visits have convinced us to continue on with her care there, even though we are driving from North Huntsville to Decatur for her treatment. Thanks Dr. Greenbaum and staff for all that you do for every ones fur babies. Y'all are well worth making that drive when we have to take our girls in. We appreciate you greatly!
