That was done the following month! That didn't go too well either .. 8 months later I still have bulky scars on my eye lids and droopy eyes ! I am very, very unsatisfied !!!!! I would like to say that my surgeon has been very thorough and responsive during my recovery. He's answered my phone calls and text messages, and he didn't have me waiting forever for relief. I find the initial outcome of my surgery to be astonishing because of the condition of my belly and skin prior to surgery. The excess fat and skin happened well before my pregnancies because my highest weight was 309lbs. Even after the weight loss surgery, Even after the weight loss surgery, I struggled so much because it was hard to breath to talk, sleep and sing. Laura who answered the phone said he was on a call but would call back right after. He has not so that just goes to show he wasn't never planning on calling me back. That just goes to show a patient is told one thing by them and then something else. I will NEVER EVER recommend this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I'm very disappointed in MD Anderson for continuing to let this company deal with their patients. I feel for the other patient, Sheri F. who dealt with Dr. Desai. He told me one thing and then something else just the opposite of what he originally said. Sheri F's gone thru a very difficult time and I'm soooo sorry you had to go thru all this horror. To this day, my stomach is still bulging, and it's clear the muscle repair was not done properly. My belly button looks unnatural--almost like a coin--and the hip-to-hip scar isn't even placed low enough to be hidden under underwear, which was one of my main concerns going in. At my follow-up, I was told I could get a revision after six months since my stomach was still large. I was initially told I'd only need to cover the anesthesia fee, which I was willing to do. However, when I received the actual quote, they added an additional operating room fee, bringing the total to $2,900. That's on top of the $8,700 I already paid. This is where it really feels wrong--there were no complications like infection or wound issues. The issue is simply that the surgery was not done thoroughly enough, yet I'm being asked to pay again to fix it. That doesn't sit right. Overall, the experience feels very transactional, with little concern for patient satisfaction or accountability. At this point, it honestly feels like a scam. I would strongly caution others to think carefully before moving forward here.

He literary butchered my nose. When I went in to take the cast off my nose he yanked the cast so hard he ripped the skin off my nose. I had to deal with infections on my nose for a very long time. I was so sad and angry. I had an awful results with butchered nose. Now I have an uneven unflattering nose 10X worse than before. He did a terrible job. He tried to even my nose by injecting it with fillers I believe but it eventually dissolved and my nose went back to being uneven again. And he never fixed the tip of my nose either. I'm terrified to go and see other surgeons bc of my terrible experience with him. Imagine hating your nose x10 more than before. So sad and disappointing. But as I see per these reviews he continues to do awful job and doubles down on it.

Can't be too one sided when multiple people experience the same. I had to have 2 surgeries by this man and he wanted to do a third! I had a mini neck left and breast augmentation twice and chemical peel once. My first breast surgery had gone well besides my left nipple facing outward. Within 3 months I developed two different complications that needed another surgery. That one was a "botch" job. My nipple was still facing outward along with them completely two different sizes and one was hard and other soft. My neck, instead of having one soft lose skin under my chin now I have two tight bands and the ends of the sutures stick out as a scar. I was told by one of the girls that the chemical peel which was performed 6 months ago would be pretty much healed with in 5 days. Still some Peeling and redness but should be better. I didn't start peeling until the 5 day, bright red, and could barely be recognized by the swelling. Also it was a rushed job due to complication that day with another pt and it took over an hour to get me back into surgery. Then his staff was frazzled. I felt pushed out when I woke up which the first surgery everything went smoother. The chemical was in my eye brows, in the corner of my eyes, under my eye, along my ear, and 1-2 inches into my scalp. Also a big blotch on my neck. I don't think I was properly protected. He wanted to do a third surgery, but I think that would just of been stupid of me! I came to this practice to help build confidence which instead led to misplaced confidence and depression. The facility was very convenient with onsite radiology and lab capabilities. I later received a bill for my co-pay as if it were an acute care rather than preventive care appointment. The representative was very condescending when I called their billing office to question, stating that since I was a new patient there was a co-pay. After explaining the preventive care provisions of my insurance and even having my insurance company contact the billing office the representative said it wasn't her call, that she would submit an inquiry and that I should hear something in 7-10 days. After three weeks still nothing so I called back- it was "still in the queue". Finally I get a letter about a month and a half later stating that since I discussed a previously diagnosed condition there was a co-pay. When I provided my medical history I mentioned abnormal lab values in the past and requested that a metabolic panel be included in the ordered labs. We discussed nothing of the actual condition, I just mentioned it as part of my medical history to ensure it was included in the labs. This is a big rant over a $30 co-pay, but the principle of it annoys me. Similar issue happened with my husband when he went for his annual physical. My family will be finding a new primary care. It is a shame because they are so convenient.
