Very disappointed. My daughter and wife have been going to this office for a few years now. I have never been in. This was my first appointment when we scheduled our appointments. The office made an appointment for 9:30 at 9:45 AM. We were prompt in getting there on time, filled out all documentation ahead of time since I was a first-time patient. They took my daughter first and had allocated a room for me to be seen after, even though my appointment was for 9:30am. After my daughter was seen, I was taken to my room to be then told, my appointment was canceled and need to be rescheduled. This office has lost all future business from my family. The staff is quite friendly but more importantly, the doctor listened and heard my concerns and addressed them accordingly as opposed to prescribing unnecessary and expensive treatment that is not at all applicable. Bad RX called in, spent two days trying to get it straightened out and two "ladies" in the office spent the two days arguing with me regarding what the doctor wanted and what I needed. if I could post with zero stars I would have. My husband sees Dr. MARTY every six months and has for years. Every six months I call for his next appointment. And every time they ask me if he is sitting right here finally I asked why is it that he has to speak to you before I can continue with a simple appointment? They said it's against HIPAA law for me to be able to make an appointment, this goes on every six months. Their answer was quite upsetting. I spent the next day speaking to people in Tallahassee to find out that making an appointment for one's husband has nothing to do with the HIPAA law. I wrote a letter to Dr. MARTY and explained what happened. And told her that I spent the time on the phone researching and that for me to make an appointment with my husband has nothing to do with the HIPAA law. I got a letter in return, saying that we are no longer patients of that theirs. after seeing them for years, both my husband and I they were willing to drop us? Where does this make any sense? read more

Had my son visit for an acne issue. Doctor never touched him and the appointment was less than 10 minutes. We left with a prescription. Cash pay. Paid the bill as we left and when I went for my appointment was told their was a bill for my son. They went and "reevaluated" the appointment after the appointment after we had paid. It was listed as the most severe appointment -level 4- after we left. Level 4. Beware of the billing practices of this office. Review every bill and ask the question why. They refuse to take off the expense. We will find a new office. read more

The contempt Eleanor Schwartz had for me was shocking. She had zero compassion. I was scared because an esthetician told me a spot was suspicious of skin cancer. I told Ms. Schwartz that surprised me as I stay out of the sun, but I was still worried because my grandmother had skin cancer. I was clear, not a single suspicious lesion anywhere. But because I asked questions of what would happen if I had a suspicious area she did not want to answer and criticized me for asking. Why should she answer a hypothetical question seriously? Because that's part of medical care, did the provider answer your questions adequately? I suggest going to a more compassionate office because you have a right to have your questions answered. read more

I had several appointments over the years with PAC Elleanor Swartz. She is by far the best dermatologist I have ever been to (and she's not even technically a dermatologist/MD!). She diagnosed an allergy skin condition my allergist could not and was always happy to provide solutions and work with my on issues. She was gentle and did a fantastic job! I had to visit a doctor in the practice when Elleanor was out of the office one time and have to say I found Elleanor to be much more skilled. Thank you, Elleanor! read more

I am a patient here for a number of years and just had a full exam 2 months ago. There was zero follow up on a pre-cancerous spot removed by Dr. Marty, had to wait a full month calling them every week until I finally asked for the lab info so I could call myself. Now I have a spot of concern and no one beside Marty (I will not see her since she never followed up with me) is available until October! Clearly something is wrong here. You should know that patient concern is certainly not a priority at this practice, best to look elsewhere! read more

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. They failed to access my mother properly and treated as something entirely different than it actually was which caused MAJOR IRRITATION & further problems for her !! THEN, she returned for a follow up in which she was told she may have CANCER! the office NEVER followed up. after taking a biopsy, NEVER followed up. She made calls & was promised results she NEVER received. she went to the hospital, the lingering idea of cancer sent our family into an uproar. it was so emotional. She found out this was a small infection and then was advised that any doctor that observed this under a microscope should have noticed. they treated for something entirely different than what she had which made her symptoms so bad that cancer was a thought?! cancer was immediately ruled out at Baptise medical. all in all, these doctors are far from precise. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER OFFICE THIS ONE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. read more

I didn't come here as a patient but to purchase a sunscreen that's only sold in a physicians office. I was greeted by a very polite woman and also the doctor. I showed them an empty container of the sunscreen I was looking to purchase and the doctor assisted me and also gave me a sample of a face wash from the same line (Elta MD). From my brief yet pleasant experience I would definitely return as a customer and possibly a patient! Also the office is located upstairs! Meaning you have to take the elevator to get there. I walked around the building twice until I asked an employee at another office how to get to the office. read more
