I had called and spoke to one of the most helpful and kind people I have every met in customer service. her name was Belinda she helped me with getting transcripts to a college before the deadline and she absolutely went the extra mile to help me. I have never felt so seen by a customer service phone operator. she listens to your concerns and handles difficult situations extremely well she was a trailblazer today. someone give her a raise. The professor is wonderful, very knowledgeable, and makes learning fun. Another great aspect is all three semesters have been the same students. So you get to know everyone very well and become friends. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn another language and have fun while doing it.

However, I knew I needed something more to improve my skills. The in person classes taught me how to create lesson plans that were interesting and engaging. Word games, pictures, and roleplaying, in addition to structure, made learning a joy for students and teacher. Also, being certified as an ESL teacher opened the door for employment to nonprofits including TLC. I'm grateful for the numerous students from all over the globe they have brought to me. The classroom were so clean and organized and very colorful. We love the welcoming energy we received from every staff from the kitchen staff, the receptionist and the teachers. We were very weary at first because of a horrible experience at a former daycare but after our tour we felt confident that our 15 month old would be properly cared for. Kathy, a registered cardiac nurse, is a thorough and efficient teacher I feel confident that I can perform CPR in an emergency situation. She did a terrific job and the convenience factor was A+.
