It wasn't until I called that I found out he was not with the firm anymore. They gave me Attorney Tina. She had to redo some of the items we were working on that I had already paid for, but when I asked about previous billing credit from before even that, as the previous attorney did not do my case justice, THEY CHARGED ME TO LOOK INTO BEING OVERBILLED A $1000! Yes, you read that right. They charged me for responding to my email about being overbilled. Attorneys cannot bill clients for the administrative time required to explain or defend their own invoices. Xhevaire, who is in charge of hounding you to keep your trust up, was incredibly rude and talked down to me even telling me if I didn't like it to 'possibly think about finding another firm'...the client paying for their services!
