So, I contacted Mr. McGuinty Sr. and he promised to get back with me at the start of June 2024. As of today June 13, 2024. I have received ZERO Money and ZERO proof that the law firm is not stealing the money from the estate. Today I spoke with a very rude Leo Dwyer (Estate Clerk) and he got me off the phone quickly. 7 1/2 years has now passed by and still have no clue what they are doing. Leaving your estate to those you care about is a nice gesture. Having this Law Firm handle that estate is a risky venture. *UPDATE*. The case has now finished. I found out that the law firm was not stealing from the estate. However it took just over 6 years (December 2022) to settle the case and I feel that it was totally handled wrong. They sat on everything until I started calling in January 2024 demanding an update. There are 3 of us that were in the will. They stopped looking for 1 person. They started looking again at the start of 2024 with me calling several times over the last 6 months. All of a sudden that person was found. Now the funds have been distributed. A lot less than expected. I will stand firm that the case was mishandled this case over the last 7 1/2 years. I still stand by my words that this firm is not the right firm to handle your Will.
