The first one I tried (Collan) was not dry in my opinion. The Triple was drier but my favorite was the Fume. I really got hints of pinion in this final one and ordered another 5 oz. of it. We tried the avocado bruschetta to start. It was four big pieces of good bread but was more avocado toast than bruschetta. I would probably go with a different appetizer next time. We both tried the burgers. I went with the mushroom-gouda one. It was over done and not seasoned at all. The gouda was nice and gooey and the mushrooms were seasoned well. Fries were OK. The table next to us had a couple of the flatbreads and I would try those next time. Back to the service. It was OK but our server had a tendency to just show up at our table and just stand. Although it is a BIT out in the country and you have to drive quite some distance on gravel roads, it is definitely worth the trip! We got so lost on our way to this winery, thinking that we may never get out of Green Country, because even our GPS was confused with all the country dead-end roads. But we prevailed! We didn't give up! And we were definitely rewarded with a gem of a visit. This place makes wine out of everything! (Ok, so we're exaggerating, but that's what it seems like). And although we don't typically care for fruit wine or even really hugely different varietal grapes, we actually thought that a couple of their wines were so different and interesting that you just couldn't not drink them because they were so enticingly different.
