The first one I tried (Collan) was not dry in my opinion. The Triple was drier but my favorite was the Fume. I really got hints of pinion in this final one and ordered another 5 oz. of it. We tried the avocado bruschetta to start. It was four big pieces of good bread but was more avocado toast than bruschetta. I would probably go with a different appetizer next time. We both tried the burgers. I went with the mushroom-gouda one. It was over done and not seasoned at all. The gouda was nice and gooey and the mushrooms were seasoned well. Fries were OK. The table next to us had a couple of the flatbreads and I would try those next time. Back to the service. It was OK but our server had a tendency to just show up at our table and just stand. I would come back to try more appetizers and a flight of their red offerings. I also want to know more about the winery. Maybe after the busy holidays.

Where it lacks decoration it makes up for in hospitality! The owner was there pouring the tasters, snacks for cleansing the palate are readily available, he has it catered each week and there's a free wine slushy machine always going! On this visit we purchased a couple glasses of wine and 3 reasonably priced bottles. The wine selection tends to lean towards the sweet but he does offer a few dry. From what I understand this happens from 2-6 on Saturdays. They aren't sure how long they will continue the event... worth dropping by!

The Xmas tasting is already legendary (good luck getting in if you don't respond to invite ASAP) and the other occasional beer, wine, and spirit tastings they do are pretty well attended and informative.
