They typically share a suite which fits them both. They provide plenty of interaction with other dogs. One of the items I thought was great was prior to allowing your dogs to stay at their location, they see if your dogs interact "well" with other dogs. I recommend the dog cleaning prior to you bringing them home with you. :) I wish they had an outdoor space for the dogs to run outside and get some despair (I believe they are working on this??). I loved the option of clipping our dogs nails; easy and efficient (10.00 for mail clipping and 15.00 for grinding). They do an excellent job with posting pictures through their social media channels when your pets stay with them. Overall, good location. We'll definitely be back.

After some research, I found Paws and Claws and I am so glad I did! The owner and her fiancé are amazing! I called at the last minute to ask for a tour and she was able to accommodate my dogs and I and answered every question I could possibly have. The facility has a human present until late at night and then again at 6:30 am which is phenomenal and they make sure their last potty is at a reasonable time. She was able to get my two in for 5 nights of boarding at the last minute and made sure they were comfortable and adapted. Not only that, the owner was able to accommodate a late pickup on christmas eve. I felt bad but she insisted since they would still be there, and I was able to get my pups to be home with me. They were well fed, well taken care of, and exhausted. I will recommend them to my friends and I hope the business thrives because they certainly deserve it!

Pet Paradise let us drop each of our dogs off for a free trial run to make sure they got along with the staff and were ok while at the kennel. Needless to say, despite our fur parent nerves, they were both good boys who enjoyed their time there. We have since dropped them off numerous times ranging from a few nights to over a week. The come back exhausted from all the play time with other pups and spoiled with treats. We also opt in for them to get a bath each time so they come back to us smelling fresh. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They offer extra add ons like daily emails, pictures, go-pro, video in room, etc. We only did the daily email the first few times, but once we realized they were comfortable and doing fine there we stopped that as well. I recommend bringing your fur babies here and know that they are in good hands.

Boarded our 110 lb dog here for two days and picked him up with a full serving bag of kibble still…read moreleft untouched. We pre-portioned his food into individual per-meal bags (he eats partial raw + kibble) specifically so staff wouldn't have to measure anything -- just open a bag and feed it. Despite that, at least one full meal was clearly never given to him. When we brought this up at pickup, staff insisted their system showed he'd eaten "most of his food," even though the physical, pre-measured bag was sitting right there unused. No one seemed willing to look past what the point/tracking system said versus what we could visibly see. If our dog didn't finish a bagged serving, someone should have flagged it -- not argued that the log was more accurate than the food in front of us. We had also requested a bath for him, which was never given. And there was confusion at pickup about whether we were dropping off or picking up, which didn't inspire confidence in how carefully things were being tracked that day. For a dog with specific dietary needs, this was a stressful experience. Wouldn't board here again.

Warning Fancy Pets Groomer Injured Cat…read more I took my cat (Bagheera M1y) to the grooming salon Fancy Pets Grooming Boarding & Day Care located at Regal Center 870 S Sun Drive Suite 1042 Lake Mary FL 32746 on Friday evening at 4.30 PM for a bath. When I picked him up, I asked them if everything went well and they did not report anything to me. I paid the bill and a decent tip and got him home that's when I noticed his energy was down & he was hobbling . Upon closer inspection I noticed almost all nails on his hindlegs were bleeding (pics below). He was also shedding whiskers. I stopped the flow and rushed him to the urgent vet immediately who examined him. She confirmed that the nails were cut badly and one of them was splintered. She also mentioned that he shed whiskers because of the stress/trauma he went through at the salon. He was administered 2 shots for antibiotics and anti inflammatory and given 3 day dosage at home. He is currently in a collar for a week until all injuries are healed and currently not eating very well. It is heartbreaking to watch him hurt and in pain. I called the business on Saturday morning to explain the situation. Instead of offering a courtesy of empathy, one of the owners Manny Santiago denied that any such thing could have taken place. He refused to believe the mountain of evidence I emailed him along with the vet bills, medicines and nail pictures etc. The owner has not bothered to call me inspite of my repeated requests. They refused to re-imburse the vet expenses or their own grooming fees and have ghosted me. Do NOT use this business as they are extremely unprofessional and also do not care about the animals more than their bottom line. I hope no other fur baby or pet parent goes through this.

We always rent the queen suite so that all of our babies can be together and be as comfortable as possible. We have three dogs, too large and one medium. They always seem to have great fun when they're there. They're happy to see us when we get back. They've always been in good health and I know they've taken care of us each and every time we've gone on vacation I've called them during my trips when the applicable and I've also watched my babies play in the playtime area. I feel comfortable with them, and I can recommend them to anyone who also was looking for a good place to know, your babies will be safe and sound.
