I've used this company 2x. This last year I have been very disappointed in how questions are…read moreanswered. The first person who answers doesn't identify himself but rather starts speaking as if he is the CPA and starts giving advice and information on whatever is asked. Since I was assuming I was speaking with the CPA, I used the information this man provided and it turned out to be totally wrong and confusing. Turns out that this guy is the officer manager & it appears that he likes to pretend he is knowledgeable about tax matters. When I asked to speak with the CPA about my tax return and my daughter's that needed amended, I was told he would call me. Never did! I called again & arranged a prearranged day & time frame. Never called during that time. Again I called and asked why. Was given the runaround & told that he would call me back the next day. I wasted 4 hrs trying to talk to the CPA. This is not the height of tax season. I found their service and response discourteous and the confusing information provided by someone who is not qualified to provide tax information.
