I submitted Rita and paid Rita. I paid IRS via voucher. Stephens was to submit IRS and Ohio taxes electronically. I am due a refund from Ohio. Weeks went by. No refund rec'd. Called office, answering person said "Oops, we forgot to call you we need..." I had submitted that info on their secure email but sent again. Called 5 weeks later and spoke with Stephen, the accountant, he confirmed it was actually sent in (call on5/5/26). Still no refund. CAlled Ohio tax agency, they confirmed they have received nothing. Calling Stephens tax office trying to get the confirmation number IRS and Ohio were submitted...no answer. Now I am trying to call IRS to see if the 1040 was ever submitted and this is my worst nightmare. I have never encountered this level of sloppiness ie misconduct.

But for a credit repair company to tell you that there going to put something on your credit statement intentionally is so unprofessional and if it does end up on my credit, he will be hearing from my lawyer cause Ill sue this man for everything he got.
