I was warned by someone who lives here not to go to this shop, but liked an arrangement I saw online. On top of the $45 flower fee, there was also a fee for delivery, another for ordering online, and the total shebang was over $60. Still, it was my daughter's 25th birthday and I wanted her to have this all pink Gerbera daisy assortment. I wrote the shop asking them to be sure these use all pink and the lightest shade pink available if possible. What she received? 9 flowers. 9 and 3 of them were orange. Only two were pink. The others were peach. Over $60 for the wrong flowers and only 9 of them? When I wrote the shop to tell them of my disappointment at the arrangement, this is the actual email I received, so BEWARE, they do NOT care. I also have the bill, so this guy is ignoring all his extra fees, tax, etc., and then saying they added an extra flower? Wow! Here it is: IN RESPONSE TO YOUR INQUIRY, THE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE SHOWED 8 GERBERAS FOR $55.00. THE DESCRIPTION ON THAT PAGE DESCRIBING THE ARRANGEMENT SAYS THAT LITE PINK, HOT PINK, AND PEACH ARE THE COLORS USED. WE GAVE YOU 9 DAISIES, LITE PINK, PEACH, AND A LITE ORANGEY YELLOW. THAT IS ALL WE HAD IN THE SHOP , EXCEPT BRIGHT ORANGE. WHICH WE DID NOT USE. THE COST OF YOUR VASE OF DAISIES WAS $45.00. YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVED AN EXTRA FLOWER. I used Peck's for my flowers in 1994 when I got married. When I went to the church all the flowers were there except the toss away bouquet. I called them up and they immediately sent someone to Rockwood with the bouquet. If my mother is in town on mother's day this is the only place left to order a corsage but after gas prices sky rocketed I always have it picked up. She was at my sister's a time or two on Mothers Day and the corsages there were less than satisfactory. Just ordered a corsage for this Mother's Day. Haven't been disappointed yet. read more

I ordered flowers for a funeral and was very disappointed in what was sent. Looked nothing like what I ordered at all and the price certainly did not meet the expectations of what I expected. Would not order from them again. Ordered from out of state but went to the funeral and if I had not looked at the card I would have not even recognized the spray. Maybe it was a one time thing but I would not order anything from them again. I have ordered flowers for a lot of occassions over the years and this is the first time I have ever complained about what was sent.
