She reframed so much of what the hospital told me generically and tailored it to me and our son based on how and what she saw. and she was spot on! he was happier, less frustrated and trusted me to read his cues correctly and get what he needed. it was an instant fix, I can't get enough of her!! She makes herself available by phone too if tou can't make it to her in person. The explanation is always that "the schedule isn't available yet," which is baffling. I've never encountered a medical office that can't function with a future schedule. And when you do call back within the timeframe they tell you, everything is already booked. It's been a very disappointing and frustrating experience overall. I also haven't met a single parent who feels thrilled with this practice or with their Hampton Bays location.

As first time parents we were scared like hell at a 102 fever, she wanted to see us on Saturday night, OMG i can't thank her enough for giving me the chance/peace of mind to sleep those nights. 4. If i left her a message she got back to us within max 30 minutes, either with a call or a message, based on the gravity of the situation. 5. Waiting time at the office was good. 6. She took the time to explain us the benefits of each vaccine and everything that came with it. 7. Her exams were always thorough. 8. Even after we moved from her, we keep in touch. 9.
