My father and I had an emergency with the kitchen sink purchased from Alpha Stone almost 2 years…read moreago. The sink collapsed from improper initial install. We took pictures and went to the store immediately. Talking with the associate did not provide any solutions. The best part is that most of them have not been fully redone yet. This means that you can choose to purchase the item for less and restore it at a later time OR you can set a budget on what you want to spend to restore it and work with Susan to do so. That also means the items will be restored to fit YOUR vision which I think is so cool. The pieces aren't in there final forms yet so that whoever takes it home can truly make it their own... or have a great deal on a piece they would never have dreamed they could ever own! Highly recommend going here to check it out for this fact alone. I found Susan through Facebook Marketplace and she had an amazing deal on a piece that my wife had been searching for FOREVER. We're a small military family stationed a few hours from her store and she went out of her way to bring this amazing piece out of storage and set it up beautifully for us even though we insisted she did not have to. Truly went above and beyond to ensure we could make a good decision on the item. We weren't 100% positive we would buy until we saw it in person and wow was this everything she had described. Perfect condition and it had the original side tables as well and all under 2000. We knew right away after coming in person that we would be buying but we were uncertain on if we would get it upholstered. My wife - always a little impatient to see her vision come to life - wanted to get it done in a fancy but hard to clean fabric. Susan thankfully convinced her that it would be better for her to save the money until after our daughter was older or pic something easier to clean. She could have made a quick buck but instead chose to look at our small family, give us her honest opinion, and help us see the bigger picture. It honestly was 100% the right choice - It is a smart decision to wait until our child is bigger (and not a huge mess maker!) and I am so glad Susan convinced my wife to wait especially now that we are considering expanding our family. She could have made that extra money off us but she wanted what was best for us. Can't thank her enough for that. After we purchased, we had to figure out a way to get this huge beauty up to our home several hours away. Susan took the time to find the best deal she could with a mover and saved us a ton on moving costs. I paid more to have something moved 30 minutes away then what we paid to have this brought from HOURS away to us! I couldn't believe how good of a deal she'd gotten us. This couch is my wife's pride and joy. She wants to go back asap to purchase more items to go with it next time we vacation near Susan's store and I agree with my wife.
