I recently paid off my vehicle about 2 month's ago I called the bank that I had my car loan with and spoke to someone about receiving my title, I was wondering why it took so long to receive it and I called the bank back and they had the wrong apartment number on their paperwork for some odd reason I have Been doing business with this bank for the last six years paying them every month for my auto loan, every month that I called them to make a payment they would ask me to verify my correct address, no problem I moved out of state right after I purchased my vehicle, prior to that my husband passed away before I moved the car is titled to my name and my late husband's name, I still did not receive my auto title so I called the title company directly with my vin number so they can tell me what happened to it I got a girl on the phone who did not have any business working with customer service because she was very rude, I told her my situation I told her that I had not received my title yet because they don't have the correct apartment number so in return it went back to them non-deliverable she told me that I had to come in and sign a paper in Baton Rouge Louisiana, I said I can't do that because I live in the state of Nevada currently, so she told me to hold on the phone for a moment and I guess she had asked someone else what to do in that case she came back to the phone and told me I had to do something online rattled it off so quickly I did not have a chance to write it down I then proceeded to ask her what to do with the title if my husband is deceased and he is also on the title, she told me I have to call my DMV in my state where the car is registered, so I said what do I have to do and ask them what do I have to do? She rattled off some thing and then finally after the end of that rattling on, she said I really don't know, and I said that's all I wanted you to say is that you don't know instead of giving me a wrong answer, I still proceeded to ask her another question and she hung up the phone on me, I called back immediately to ask her why she hung the phone up on me, and she kept pushing the button saying there was a high volume of phone calls I called back with an unknown number and miraculously someone answered the phone but it was not her, I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me he or she was not there at the moment, the new representative named Tracy so very nicely said that she would return my call when she was done with her customer and I said OK, I proceeded to tell her about what the last representative did to me by hanging up the phone and she claimed to tell me that she didn't know who it was I was speaking with, there are only six people working at that location and I know she was very aware of who it was that hung up the phone, if you have a good business and you like your job you would be more pleasant speaking with people and interacting with people on the phone I would not recommend this title company to anyone there is nothing more rude than hanging up the phone on a customer , If there was a half star option that's what they might get M Blair Nevada read more

If I could give this less than a one star I would. Being active duty military I was attempting to transfer my vehicle title to Louisiana which is my home of record. The ladies then began to spout laws saying that I needed to have Louisiana insurance to even begin to do this without being able to actually prove any of these policies or laws. After several hours of shifting my insurance to Louisiana and now paying triple my premium I finally got my title transferred. However after talking to the actual DMV they said that all I had to do was prove that my insurance covers the state minimum and it wouldn't have been an issue....thank you for now making a Sailor who has not been home in five years waste not only his time but his money just to maintain my title and to be quite rude and misquote laws they think exists. If you are attempting to circumvent the DMV and save a few minutes this is not the way. And if you are reading this please please never even breathe near this place. read more
