Pumpelly, whom I had used for tires and repairs on 3 vehicles from 1977 to 1987 before I moved away, have always been honest owners and mechanics, did not charge me one penny. Many shops would have charged a diagnostic fee. They will keep my business now that I am back home with 2 vehicles.

Dustin was so calm with me as he sprayed water on my rim to remove the debris left behind. Dustin further explained he looked at the video to see if his employee was actually negligent in the way he did his job. Pumpelly found 2 patches on my tire and replaced both for FREE! He said he couldn't patch because it was too close to the sidewall. I looked at it and it was at least 2 inches away. I even googled it while I was waiting to be checked out and it is too close to the sidewall at 1/2 to 1 inch away. I told him to just put it in my bed and I'd go somewhere else. Went to Sulphur Tires and Wheels and they said it was very patchable and they had it done faster than the manager at Mavis took to processed my check for over $17 that they charged me. At Sulphur Wheels and Tires, the total cost to actually patch the tire and replace was $30. I have been a long time customer at Mavis. I will not be going back. There are always new people and they act like you are inconviencing them for being there. It's a wonder how they are still in business.

No lag at all, and did an excellent job replacing the keyboard. It looks brand new! It did take longer than I expected it to take but I know that had to do with having to order some parts plus I know corey was out sick, but that really shouldn't count against them. Life happens.
