Don't go here. Just don't…read more I needed a doctor and thought this location was too convenient to pass up. This isn't a normal doctor's office. From the looks of it, I think it was a free clinic. It's dirty and crowded. I was so creeped out sitting there. However, the doctor charged me a lot. So... not free. The doctor was training a student or something. Before the doctor came in, I had to explain all my symptoms to the student. Then when the doctor finally came in, the student explained all of my symptoms to her, which I could have just done myself. It was embarrassing to say the least, hearing everything I had just said repeated back. The receptionists are not at all friendly and don't seem to understand questions. I even tried calling there after to find out if I was ever going to get a bill. They had no idea. It was like pulling teeth getting an answer. When I finally got a hold of the doctor, (who apparently works in several different offices, and therefore has several different phone numbers, all of which she doesn't answer) she told me to wait for the bill. I finally got the bill, sent my check, and it still hasn't been deposited. It's been a couple months. Avoid this place like the plague... even if you have the plague.

I had blood in my stool, and lots of pain. A first colonoscopy showed mild inflammation at the scope site. Long story short they diagnosed me ulcerative colitis. I started treatment and never got better, so got second opinions, both of which said there was no sign of UC. Frustrated I went back to Dr Albert. Now they changed their minds and said well if UIC said no, then we will change our opinion and also say you dont have UC. Flash forward to 3 more colonoscopies that showed no signs of IBD. I was diagnosed finally by another Dr as having endometriosis and dealt with that. Still having pain and GI issues I went back to Dr Albert. His intern seemed to give up and just keep trying to get me to do a colonoscopy AGAIN. I got ahold of Dr Albert himself who was nice, but then tried to offer that maybe since I smoked marijuana I had the new controversial cyclical vomiting disease? I just couldnt take it anymore. I found a new gastro who seemed interested in helping me find the root of the issues without just saying the same things over and over and trying to get me to do another colonoscopy. I would add at my last colonscopy I was so upset after being left for hours while Dr did an emergency, when he came back he told me bascially this was all in my head and all anxiety because his scope once again didnt see anything. If you are having more complex issues. SKIP THIS OFFICE. Now, here's potential deal breakers and/or makers about Dr. Sandesara so you can do the pros and cons for yourself: If you want a crunchy-style pediatrician with iPads in the waiting area to help you loophole out of the public schools' immunization requirements, keep looking. This is a pretty meat and potatoes operation. For all intents and purposes the office runs out of a storefront. Parking is on-street, exam room decor is strictly 1990s Disney, and the waiting room is run down and frequently crowded. On the upside, Dr. Sandesara is one of the most accessible doctors on our family's health plan. We have never dealt with navigating some ridiculous voice mail maze or a messaging service while simultaneously caring for a sick child. We actually have his direct cell phone number, which like never happens in this day and age unless the practitioner is a friend of the family or something. Example: my kid got sick one time while we were out of town on Christmas Eve, and we were able to reach Dr. Sandesara pronto. His staff is also super friendly. In brief: it's not perfect, but it hits the high notes in all the right places so it totally works for our family.

Tiny waiting area, place is run down (carpet was disgusting), not kids' friendly (this is a pediatrician) and they don't even have parking space. Also, we had an emergency situation with a new baby born and they would not accommodate our request for an appointment as prescribed by hospital because, as we were told, it's back to school time and they're too busy (!?! sounds more like a money maker than a doctor's office concerned about patients' health and well being). As 2022…read morecomes to a close we have so many things to be grateful for. 2022 was a very tough year for my wife and I in so many ways. She had many health issues that required hospitalization on 3 or 4 occasions. The main cause was diverticulitis & UTI's that kept reoccurring & causing severe infection & pain. It became apparent that the diverticulitis wasn't going to just go away. As is the case during her last hospitalization there were so many interns, residents, doctors & specialists that came to see my wife in the process of determining the issues & what the best course of action would be. It's very frustrating having everyone & everything coming into her room. All the specialists urologists, radiologists, infection control doctors & colon surgeons (Dr Park). Dr Park is a very knowledgeable, likable & personable doctor that took the time to explain what needed to be done to prevent the continuing bouts w/diverticulitis. He said surgery should be done to prevent these reoccurring bouts. He performed the surgery back in November of 2022 & as of this date April 12 2023 there haven't been any reoccurring bouts with my wife's diverticulitis. Thank you Dr Park for a great job. We are both very grateful that things have returned to normal.
