Not only do I not limp but I am increasing my total lower body strength and hope to return to long wilderness day hikes. I am 76 and thought my days of exploring hills and valleys was behind me. Being from Texas and all..my previous Doc attended chiropractic school in Texas. Therefore, their techniques will be similar. Before my appointment, I spoke with Melissa, Dr. C right-hand gal. She answered all my questions without hesitation. Very patient and hilarious to talk to!. I finally meet her and we just hit it off like we have been friends forever! Loved the feeling of being "home" when I'm there. Big plus about Dr. C...he is a physical therapist and chiropractor! 2 for 1 deal folks! Hard to find now! I came here for my initial neck adjustments...then after I rolled over my car, Dr. C helped me recover without pain medicine. Lots of hard work, lots of physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments! Then i twisted my ankle while working in the ICU and he was there to help me heal .... again....till this day, I don't even take pain medications. Dr. C has these cool beds that does massages along my spine to help me "loosen" up! Till this day, three years have passed and I still return to see my family! Even tho I have moved to NOLA, I would surprise them and return for treatments!! Am I crazy? Maybe or maybe i just love my team that much that I would still drive 2.5 hours to visit them and get an adjustment. BTW for maintenance adjustments, join the chiropractor patient membership and save more than 50% per adjustments. Will always come back no matter how far I move LOL.

If you ask the people at the desk, they just instruct you to check in on the kiosk into which you are to enter in your insurance and social security number along with scanning your insurance cards and drivers license. On one hand I like that other people aren't handling your information, on the other it's very impersonal and the people at the desk seem like they don't want to be bothered (due to the eye roll) and I should've obviously seen and known that I'm supposed use the kiosk to check in. Then you have to read the signs to determine which side of waiting room to sit on for which ever doctor you are to see. The X-ray tech was very nice, fast and professional. The physical therapy staff are all very sweet and professional. The Doctor was excellent and I am very impressed with the efficiency of the office overall. Highly recommend.

Of course the woman knew that no one in the "Patient Satisfaction Department" would ever answer or return a call, so no one at Springhill Hospital would ever care how badly she acted. I have added to the Emergency Information on my refrigerator that I do not want to ever be taken anywhere in that facility. And I will never miss an opportunity to warn friends, colleagues and acquaintances against Springhill Medical Center and all the ancillary health "care".
