The lady at the front desk with the short salt and pepper hair is and was extremely rude for no reason. I walk into the door with no greeting whatsoever, so she's just sitting there staring no how can I help nothing. I ask to schedule an appointment because we've been referred by our pediatrician and she's just on one rude with every response, so I asked to speak to a supervisor she says she is the supervisor I asked to speak to someone over her she said there's nobody over her. I asked another young lady that was there if this is the only children's pt place she said yes, so I'm assuming they act like that because they assume there is no place else to go but, I found another place it's a little bit of a wait but I will not give an establishment that acts like that my business. This place is supposed to help children because that's what they're there for but apparently they're not in the busy of doing that. They don answer the phone because we've been calling for well over 6 months now and they don't respond to doctor referrals. I do not recommend this place the service is horrible. read more
