The 90 minute massage was just what my body needed. The therapist (regretting not catching her name) did such a great job at focusing on the areas I mentioned. The center's overall space and massage rooms were very clean and relaxing as well. I loved that they had a changing room with samples for mothers on hand and a shower available as well. The center offers prenatal Pilates, yoga, and several other additional classes. What a treasure to have in the city! Definitely keeping this in mind for other folks and future visits.
