This place and oh baby are my go to for private ultrasounds, I went to peek a baby my whole pregnancy with my 3rd in 2024 and it was always the best experience and I've gone a few times with my current pregnancy they try their best to get the greatest pictures of your baby and all the staff is always so nice and welcoming I'm going again today and this will be my last ultrasound before my baby is being delivered in a month and I'm super excited I highly recommend them and it's pretty affordable read more

This is my 3rd 3D ultrasound and definitely nothing like my other two. I was in and out in 10 min or Less. I took better pictures and videos on my phone. I'd give it a negative review if I could. As mentioned by other customers, these ultrasounds are not cheap whatsoever. Actually a bit more pricier than some other boutique ultrasound places in the area. Upon checking in, the lobby was clean. The front staff was nice, not overly (not what I came here for but good to mention) Anyway, this is my 3rd pregnancy and I have done ultrasounds before so I was aware I needed to make sure I spent the days prior hydrating. The tech walks us to the room and we begin. Not even exaggerating, 30 seconds in the tech rudely commands me to flip to my side. She tries for a mere 10 seconds and says "well, walk around, do some jumping jacks for 3 minutes and we'll try again" & leaves the room. Mind you, I'm alone w/ my 2 children and she didn't even offer to help me up before leaving. (Again, not her job, but the simple human factor could've been appreciated) I do the recommended activity and she comes back - doesn't say a word and waits for me to struggle back into the chair. Again she tries for a few seconds. Says "ok you can come back today at 4 or reschedule, either way you only get 1 more free session." Just like that. She prints a poor paper quality picture (even printed it crooked) and hands me a towel. Because of the very poor experience, & having to drive 45+ mins I did not return. I instead went to a different company the very next day and got a beautiful experience and pictures. read more

When we first arrived there was a family who was leaving and just got a heart beat animal and it was a happy moment for them, just for the ultra sound tech to come out asking them if they took a phone they used as a timer which they didn't. The dad of the family insisted on staying til she found the phone but was kinda stereotyping them instead of addressing it in a private matter and doing it infront of a room full of customers. The family left when she still hadn't found it just for her to find it in the break room moments later. After her mistake it seemed the appointments after this were rushed and when it came to mine my first pregnancy experience she started my session before I could even lay down. I don't recall her name but she even brought up the scenario that just happened as a laughing matter when it really wasn't anything she should be discussing with us let alone laughing about, the whole session was just awkward and uncomfortable after that. The customer service at this location could improve. We went for a first time ultrasound with the family and didn't have the best experience. I had to use the restroom before having my ultrasound and I asked where I could go and the front staff lady who walked us to our room said I could ask the person who was going to do my ultrasound. She could have said it with a better tone and I didn't have to ask for permission to use the restroom. The ultrasound was super cute and a heartwarming moment but after the technician just shut the screen off and said congrats in a rude tone. I didn't need her to say congrats if she didn't want to. She simply could have just transitioned the end of it and told us all this concludes the ultrasound. She told me to wipe myself with the cover and didn't say anything else. The exiting part of the experience was awkward. They didn't let us know there was an area to take pictures with our family, we found it ourselves when using the restroom and decided to take pictures. They had the lights off and didn't turn them on until they heard us trying to look for it. We paid to have a good overall experience, it's not like it was cheap and something they were doing for free. The two ladies just seemed annoyed from the start. We tried to sympathize because maybe they were having a bad day or they didn't want to work on the weekend but there was no one else there. The least they could do is provide better customer service and definitely better transitions to make the guest and everyone comfortable. This ruined the overall experience and definitely wouldn't recommend this place based on this treatment. If I would have known this is how the customer service is then we would have gone elsewhere. They also do not give you the full time that you pay for. We got the sneak peek package that says it's 15 minutes but we have proof it was definitely shorter than that. Very unhappy and sad disappointing as being a first time mom I was so excited to see my baby and her wonderful milestone she has made. This would be the last time I would see her until delivery. Made an appointment here to what I thought I would have gotten the best care and experience. But NO I didn't Her name is Elsa She was very rude and rough with me she hurt my stomach and I or my baby was not happy at all.!!!! I was in pain I feel like my stomach has a bruise on the inside she was putting to much pressure & pushing to hard on my stomach , and I even said ouch and that hurts but when I did say that she did it even harder so I just tried to not say anything after that. My stomach is sore still and it's been 2 hours since I left. The whole time she was just rushing and not friendly not talking. My family and husband felt the bad vibes from her and it was horrible I just wanted it to be over already. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY the tech wasted all her time checking the heart 3 times in a row she was so focused on the heart beat that the gender was rushed went straight between baby's legs and took the shot didn't bother moving around or looking at different angles .. announced the wrong gender on the screen it said boy and when she heard the gasping from family she realized she put the wrong gender and said oh no sorry I pushed the wrong button, then said I didn't see anything sticking up so it's a girl but she didn't even look around for anything "sticking up" I'm happy with my baby's gender I just wish they would take their time on the selected package because if not its a big waste of money read more
