Her silly, tender, and bubbly personality translates into a breathtaking mix of shots, the perfect mix of serious & loving, always perfectly imperfect. Simply put, Kallyn is an artist. These aren't your typical posed slightly fuzzy newborn photos, propped up by studio items, but rather are a snapshot of our life and family, doing the things we love to do. (Note: we've had 8 sessions in 3.5 years and one of those was while giving birth!!) Kallyn lets play and joy (and yes with two toddlers, always some tears) unfold and documents each moment. The relationship we see between us and our children without fail bring tears to our eyes- a small moment frozen in time forever, something so important with kids who grow so quickly. Especially during the first year, it was a priority as a family to truly capture their ever changing bodies, hair and expressions. Each session she asks "what do you love about your babies at this age," and then without fail captures those tiny details and features- ev

Her eye is unmatched, her ability to direct even the most camera shy person is *chefs kiss*, and the cherry on top is how you feel when you see the images she has captured. I just feel so seen and like my whole family is its most genuine self captured in a beautiful snapshot we can forever cherish.

The woman who works here is incredibly rude. I'm a 22 year old girl, and I felt immediately…read moreunwelcome both times I went in here. The first time, when I asked if they took credit cards, she laughed in my face and ranted about how "yougins KILL HER". Whatever, no big deal. I got some cash. Next time I go in, I say I need some files printed, and she straight up MOCKS ME. Like head flip valley girl impersonation. Then, proceeds to treat me like I'm stupid. I was nothing but kind and easy to work with, but she consistently seemed upset by my very existence. I'm a college educated woman and I was printing my onboarding forms for the EPA. I tried to support local business by shopping here, but I definitely won't be going back.

In from out of town, I called in ahead to have a print order priced, which was quoted at $17 for a…read morehalf size set of architectural drawings. So I doubled the order to have two sets, and emailed a PDF file as requested. Arriving at the shop to pick up my order, the total was $50. The man working and I figured out that the miscommunication occurred on the phone, where he misquoted me because he thought I needed "copies" and not "prints" despite the fact that I mentioned I would email a file (did he think he could make "copies" from a PDF?). I then offered to A) pay the price he quoted on the phone B) pay for and take only one set. Instead of accepting either of these terms despite his own mistake of misquoting the price, or offering a different compromise, he decided to destroy the sets. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. UPDATE: The owner actually emailed me the next day, apologizing for the mistake, and offered the sets to me at $1.75 per sheet, which I calculated to be the original cost which was quoted to me on the phone. Definitely, I support small business as much as humanly possible, but I had already found someone else to do the work (for cheaper, actually)(and for the record, NOT a corporate chain) and had the drawings in hand by the time I received this email. Now here's my thinking: after already having been turned away by one of his employees, and given the fact that he's going to destroy the documents anyway, the owner needs to do more than offer for me to drive back to his store and sell the documents to me at FULL PRICE (which I already offered while standing in the store). I've already spent time, energy and gasoline only to be turned away, and I expect more, if nothing else than a sign of good faith and good business. I really, really, really don't like giving negative reviews, but I feel the need to hold this business accountable. I hope the best for this small business, and invite them to correct this wrong and affect my opinion.
