I walked in. I waited at the counter a few moments finally a female came up to the counter and just…read morestared at me. I said hello to her and asked, could I have my one item dry cleaned? She never said anything until she asked if I was a returning or new customer. I explained I was a new customer. I gave her my information she gave me a green ticket and told me to come back the next day, customer service could have definitely been better. I don't expect her to smile and show her teeth however, make me want to come back and patronize your business. Not going back. The resting face is not welcoming.

They don't get all deep like in them cracks! no they sure do not. They get it good enough though…read moreright? kind of right? you know what I am saying! They don't hit it all deep though, they don't scrub them cracks and get down in them deep enough. They do not penetrate it good enough in my opinion. They need to be straining and working hard and getting the dirt up off the floor in a deeper manner. Nice folks though, they can clean a carpet decent though, they get in there fairly deep and that gained them 2 stars plus they do good wax floor work and that gained them 1 more star. Every where else though they don't get it deep enough in my opinion.
