Peerless Coating Services is a great business. I had an old wood burning stove that was so corroded it was basically junk. I decided I might as well see if it could be fixed up before dumping it. I ended up bringing it to Peerless and was not disappointed. For starters the staff was extremely nice and personable; they are very honest and tell you exactly what you can expect. Then I received my stove back in a short time and was floored by the results. They turned my stove in a complete 180. It went from trash to a beautiful piece in the backyard. Wanted to review the people as much as the skid plate they powder coated for me. I read a bunch of reviews prior to using them; most told of experiences that were either great or horrible, the latter always referring to the owner Joe. I chose them anyway due to what I needed done and a very fair quote. Met Joe. He's old school. Treat him with a bit of decency and respect and he's instantly your friend; act like an entitled jerk and of course he'll react accordingly. The man's been making a living doing this a long time, and his son Robert and daughter Tracy now help him too. Again, a bit of decency and civility and they too will bend over backwards for you. I'm sure once in a while the work doesn't come out great due to whatever reason, that happens sometimes, but they'll work to make it right if you just have a bit of patience and understanding. As for my job, they knocked it out in a couple of days and even stayed late one evening so I could come by and pick it up. I brought them a six pack just for that, before I even saw the work.
