They were curb rashed, OEM paint peeling and looked like the 12 year 100k mile wheels from a young lady's first car. When I picked them up (new tires mounted and balanced), I was amazed how perfect they looked... brand new! Phil during the whole process communicated well, was personable and just an outstanding person to deal with. Wall Automotive is NOT that kind of place. The owner Bryan, as well as the men who work there, are consummate professionals and deeply respectful. It feels more like I am dropping off my car at my Uncle's house than a business. Another hour passed and they informed me that the previous installer has the wiring all wrong and if I get another chip key to insert into the module and come back the following week they would have it working in about an hour (at no additional cost). Well the week has passed and my 2011 Tundra and I went back to Car Craft. They stood true to their word and had my remote start fixed at no additional cost. I know that they lost money on my truck in order to provide high quality service which is rare in this day and age. The people at Car Craft are old school. They are straight froward and blunt, but they provide a highly skilled service that they stand behind. So if you are looking for a fancy shop that offers free coffee and strokes your ego then this is not the place for you. However if you are looking for a competent shop at a fair price for you after market needs then look no further than Car Craft Audio.

He explained everything in terms easy to understand and even showed me a video of the work when it was completed. He showed me something to watch and assured me it would be safe and can be looked at when I return for touch up work in two years. I had researched the process prior to using Best Blast and compared with Ziebart - hands down - NHOU V3 at Best Blast was the way to go. I never had any of my recent vehicles uncoated the way we used it years ago - was told it was no longer necessary since they have used different means to protect vehicles from rusting - the undercoating was no longer needed - think again - if you plan to hold onto your vehicle - which I do - Best Blast is the thing to do right after you drive out of the showroom or anytime before the rusting begins - The cost was fair and the follow-up check and touch up work is very reasonable and a normal maintenance cost. Brian was timely when he would scheduled my vehicle and it was done and ready when promised. I fully recommend Brian and Best Blast II for your rust protection needs - he will tell you the best method and material for you vehicle. I will be doing another vehicle with him very soon and spreading the word to other family and friends. Great Job!

But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched. As I now touch my screen to confirm, Device Surgeon got it done. They fought the mail, they put the customer first, and navigated a tricky situation successfully. We bought this fridge because our ice maker went out on our old one. We are not made of money, so this purchase was a "treat" for us and we splurged to get the nicer fridge in hopes to have it for many years. Since day one it's been nothing but issues. There have been 4 visits from Danmark appliance repair company who has replaced two different parts and now has no idea how to fix the issue and have stopped coming out. I have reached out several times to Manny without a response from him over the last 30 days and the last time we spoke on text he was going to call me in a couple of hours, that was a month ago. Instead, I get phone calls from his assistant, Wilton, who is very nice but there has been no resolve. I was told when I purchased that there was a factory warranty and that if there were any issues during that time it would be no issue to resolve it. Well, here we are... 3 months later with a fridge that has an ice maker issue, go figure... Buyer beware!! If I had to do it all over again, I would forgo the $500 savings that I got from buying with Manny and would purchase from Cosco where I know my issues would be resolved immediately. It's just ridiculous that spending $2000 on a brand spanking new refrigerator would result in a faulty ice maker and no fix in sight.

A while ago I had bought some used Rota Torques and wanted to get them powder coated something very different, so I talked to Chris and Rocco about how we could make it happen. After some tests with different powders we decided that we were going to do a chrome base with a candy purple top coat and the result was awesome. Everything came out phenomenally, and they really value putting out great work. Not only did the windshield need to get fixed but the flooring has mold from the water damage. Shame on Miguel and Maaco for taking advantage of an old woman. He did try to get me to bring her car in so he can try to fix the mold but unfortunately the damage is done and I wouldn't even bring my bike to them. The dealership (who doesn't offer paint jobs which is why we had to go elsewhere) also said the paint job wasn't good. They not only didn't buff the old paint off but they didn't buff the glue that was left behind from the gaskets they removed and painted over the glue!!!
