Being new to the area, I didn't know where to take my car to get it cleaned. These guys did an amazing job cleaning my vehicle inside and out and the cost was very reasonable. My car hadn't been washed in a while and it took them about an hour to get it cleaned but I was very happy with the service. Only one time was due to weather. We gave up trying to schedule and requested a refund, which he agreed to provide since he couldn't fulfill his part of the deal. Several weeks after that, we still didn't receive a refund, and once he found out we submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, he sent me wildly unprofessional/threatening text.
